Total Amount of Sch'A' for out sourcing of following installations:-

Outsourcing services for Operation of pump motor, filteration plant, sedimentation and chlorine dosing system including day to day maintenance and upkeep of Sonatota pump house comprising of the following system machineries round the clock for continuous operation for 24 Hrs (Including Sunday and holiday) in three shifts (each shift of 8 hrs. and tradesman must report half an hour earlier at the change of shift) by employing one (01) No skilled FGM and one (01) No Helper unskilled in each shift of eight hours:- (i) Pumping/ distribution of clear water with 03 Nos pump sets 15HP, 02 Nos pump sets 12.5 HP and 02 Nos pump set 10 HP and 01 No. pump set 30 HP from UG sump through pressure filters after proper chlorination of water including, periodical maintenance of pumping sets as specified and directed and operation of valve in various distribution system in the complex. (ii) Operation and maintenance of Altoch CH solution dosing system 06 Nos including cleaning of foot valves, cleaning of chemical tank and refilling of chlorine grannual and segregation of pressure filter and periodical maintenance of the filter plant. (iii) Operation & maintenance of DG set 100 KVA capacity on failure of ASEB main supply including day to day maintenance of DG set such as periodical checkup, replacement of engine oil, filters, fan belt, hose pipe, oil leakage, filter of POL as required basis all as specified and directed. (iv) Operation and maintenance of all starter panel boards, capacitor bank, LT panel, cable connection, day to day checking of all electrical connection, replacement of cable lugs, contact point etc. (v) Distribution of water at different area (Zone A,B&C) and maintaining daily log sheet, water distribution register, chlorine register and maintenance of all control valves in the respective areas. (vi) Preparation and maintenance of log sheet of DG sets, pumping sets and attendance register and other associated documents as directed.

Outsourcing services for Operation of pump motor and sedimentation plant at Kumbha pump house comprising of the following system, machineries round the clock for continuous operation for 24 Hrs (Including Sunday and holiday) in three shifts (each shift of 8 hrs. and tradesman must report half an hour earlier at the change of shift) by employing two (02) Nos unskilled Helper in each shift of eight hours:- (i) Pumping of raw water with 03 Nos 7.5 HP submersible pump from jack well at bank of Kumba river. (ii) Coagulation of raw water in sedimentation tank including periodical maintenance of sedimentation tank 88,000 Gallon (in volume) and alum dosing system, operation of sludge pumping set 5 HP capacity etc. (iii) Pumping of raw water from Kumba pump house to Sonatola pump house by centrifugal pump set (50 HP-04 Nos, 40 HP -02 No) including periodical maintenance of the pumping sets and operation of valves. (iv) Operation and maintenance of DG set 125 KVA and 75 KVA capacity on failure of ASEB main supply including first line and day to day maintenance of DG set such as periodical checkup, filling of POL. (v) Operation and maintenance of all electrical switchgear, LT Panel, starter, cable connection, day to day checking of all electrical connection, replacement of cable lugs, contact point etc. (vi) Preparation and maintenance of log sheet of DG sets, pumping sets and attendance register and other associated documents as directed.

General Note for Srl item No 1.01 & 1.02 above :- (a)The cost of the following conditions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the above items by the tenderer:- (i) General cleaning of all installtions, pump house upkeep of the equipment, maint of fencing around the Sub Station/pump houses, cleaning of area by cutting grass and removing of vegetation, maint of flower bed inside the Sub station / Pump Houses. (ii) Cost of log sheet as per requirement for Pump House, DG Sets and Sub Stations. (iii) Labour Cost of minor repairs , filling of fuel and topping up lub oil as and when reqd, etc. (iv) In case of breakdown occurs in any of the unit/equipments the contractor shall be liable to make ready same for operation within 48 hrs. (v) Alum, Altoch and Diesel shall be provided by the Department. (vi) PPE(Personel protective equipments) like two sets of uniform, safety leather shoe, rain coat, cap, gloves, etc shall be provided to the operator as directed by Engr-in charge. (vii) T & P required at site such as torch light, hand tools,grass cutting tools etc, shall be made available in the installation. (viii) Cotton waste, grease, gland rope for day to day maintenance shall be provided by the contractor. (ix) If any loss/damage take place during operation, the same shall be made good by contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer. (x) Duty persons shall not leave the duty station without reliever. (xi) Contractor must submit the following documents within 15 days from commencement date, otherwise Rs. 300 /- per day penalty shall be deducted from contractor's dues. (a) Qualification of the supervisor / trademan / helper . (b) Application for issue of the identity card / security passes. (c) Risk insurance policy of tradesman. (d) Contractor shall submit documents of EPF of employee, Proof of payment of workers through Bank. (xii) Contractor shall pay the workers as per minimum wages as approved by Govt on present date. (xiii) Contractor shall submit the payment details of wages for every month duly signed by the trademan in token of receipt of wages along with bank statement which shall also be signed by contractor and athenticated by the Engr-in charge.

(b) The Lump sum estimated cost mentioned above is based on the current minimum fair wages pronounced vide GOI, Ministry of Labour and Employment office of the CLC(C) New Delhi vide their No F.No.1/20(3)/2020-LS-II dated 12 Oct 2020 effective wef from 01.10.2020 and do not includes insurance, EPF and GST. (c) However contractor shall be responsible for compliance of all statutory provisions relating to minimum wage rates, labour laws/acts and insurance, rules/ regulations framed by Govt time to time in respect of the persons employed by him. (d) The tenderer shall work out his lump sum amount which includes all applicables taxes, EPF, Insurance, GST, all other expenditure such as stationary, uniform, shoes, safety equipment, releiver etc and anticipated increase of wages during the currency of the contract. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (e) In case the payment made by the contractor is less than the minimum wages to the labourer, no payment shall be admissible to the contractor. (f) The contractor shall produce documentary evidence in support of salary disbursed to their employed trademen for the subject work alongwith documentary evidence of EPF deposited in favour of employed labourer, failing which no payments shall also be admissibe to the contractor and contractor shall be liable to pay the penality of applicable EPF. (g) The payment of salary to the staff employed shall be made by the contractor within 1st week of each month but not later than 7th day of each month, failing which one percent of quoted amount penalty per week subject to maximum of 10 percent for delay in payment to their employed trademen shall be liable to be paid by the contractor. (h) Items to be replaced shall be obtained by the staff from MES store yard and unserviceable material shall be deposited in the store yard. (j) No claim what so ever on account of delay in payment of RAR due to the default of contractor shall be admissible at later stage. (k) Contractor is responsible for taking shut down of electricity before repair/replacement of electric equipments/services (l) POL shall be issued under Sch'B' in POL store.Contractor shall draw & transport the POL from store to installation at his own arrangement. (m) In case of unreasonable rates, the contractor shall be asked for analysis of quoted rates and if contractor fails to establish the reasonability the tender of such bidder shall be considered as non bonafide. Decesion of the Accepting officer in this regard shall be final and binding.
