Sweeping, cleaning and various miscellaneous conservancy works at BTPS Township.

Supply of unskilled male labourers for various sweeping, cleaning and conservancy related works at BTPS Township. The scope of work includes but not limited to the following works. a) Cutting earth, ash, rubbish from dustbin and road side drains and premises of different types of buildings located at different points of BTPS Township. The same will have to be removed as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge to fill up the low lands including dressing and leveling complete within the boundary wall of BTPS Township. b) Collecting bricks, broken bats, jhama stone etc. or any other disturbing or unwanted materials from the road, road side drain, sides around building in and around BTPS Township as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge at site, loading the same at any lifting place by head load or by other means and depositing the same at any suitable site and stacking properly as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete. c) Removing carcass(Cat, Bird, Dog, Goat, Pig, Cow etc.) from any part of BTPS Township, disinfecting by addition of bleaching powder by Dom labour, carrying the carcass to waste land for disposal (as will be shown) outside Township area complete as per direction. d) Thorough sweeping of staircase and stair room of different buildings, cleaning and brushing of surface drain around the building and spreading bleaching powder. The job is to be taken up at maximum interval of 7 days. e) Thorough cleaning, sweeping the roof of different buildings (single storied and multi-storied) and removing the accumulated spoil earth, weeds and un-wanted materials including uprooting the saplings from wall/roof and disposal the same at least at a distance of 30 Mtr. from the building. The job is to be taken up at maximum interval of 15 days. f) Thorough cleaning of surface drain with coir brush upto main drain and removal of slush and uprooting of drain side weeds (both side 1M from the drain), cleaning all types of garbage including torn cloth, poly packs, broom sticks, torn paper and all types of loose garbage from the four sides of each building (front & back side 15M and right & left sides 5M) at BTPS Township and disposing the same as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. The job is to be taken up at maximum interval of 7 days. g) Cleaning and removing conservancy garbage mixed with rubbish and earth and other filthy materials from the road side flanks, drains, dustbins and compound including cutting, loading, unloading from cart by labour and removing the same to any distance. The job is to be taken up at maximum interval of 7 days. (Category -A)

Extra over Item No.1 for performing duty on listed holiday(With ESI ,PF & Bonus). Note: - Engaging of labourers on Holiday is depended on the requirement of service which is to be decided by E.I.C. on need basis.

House rent allowance (With ESI )for 08 nos. workders of Item Sl.no.- 1. This allowance @ 20% of basic shall be paid to these workers for the full month subject to performing minimum 06 days work within a month by a particular worker. Payment will be made accordingly.

Welfare allowance (With ESI)for 08 nos. Workers of Item Sl. no. 1. This allowance @ 400/- per month shall be paid to these workers subject to minimum 06 days work per month by the worker. Payment will be accordingly.

Supply of unskilled male labourers for various sweeping, cleaning and conservancy related works at BTPS Township which is not covered in item 1 as per direction of E.I.C.(Category -B).

Extra over Item No.5 for performing duty on listed holiday(With ESI ,PF & Bonus). Note: - Engaging of labourers on Holiday is depended on the requirement of service which is to be decided by E.I.C. on need basis.

House rent allowance (With ESI)for 01 no. workder of Item Sl. no.- 5. This allowance @ 20% of basic shall be paid to these workers for the full month subject to performing minimum 06 days work within a month by a particular worker. Payment will be made accordingly.

Extra over Item No. 13 for performing duty on listed holiday(With ESI ,PF & Bonus). Note: - Engaging of labourers on Holiday is depended on the requirement of service which is to be decided by E.I.C. on need basis.

E.L. @ 01 day per 20 days work per head of workers of Item Sl. no. 13. In case of enjoying EL (Max. 15 days ), this rate will be reduced by (Rs. 94.28 + negotiated profit i.e.) per day for each labour.

House rent allowance (With ESI) for 05 nos. workers of Item Sl.no.- 13. This allowance @ 19% of basic shall be paid to worker(s) for the full month subject to minimum 06 days work per month by the worker.Payment will be made accordingly.

Supply of unskilled male labourers for various sweeping, cleaning and conservancy related works at BTPS Township which is not covered in item 1, 5, 9 & 13 as per direction of E.I.C. (Category-E). Note : HRA@5%, [email protected]%, PF @13.61 & Bonus @ 8.33 are included in rates.

Provision for O.T.(With ESI) for different emergency jobs during odd hours including on Sundays and Holidays is not covered in Item no. 1 as per direction of E.I.C.

Provision for O.T.(With ESI) for different emergency jobs during odd hours including on Sundays and Holidays which is not covered in item 5 as per direction of E.I.C.

Provision for O.T.(With ESI) for different emergency jobs during odd hours including on Sundays and Holidays which is not covered in item 9 as per direction of E.I.C.

Provision for O.T.(With ESI) for different emergency jobs during odd hours including on Sundays and Holidays which is not covered in item Sl. No.13 and Sl. No. 17 as per direction of E.I.C.

Annual Cost of PPE( on reimbursement basis at actual) for 10 workers under Sl. no. 1, 5 & 9. For each worker; soap (06 nos per month), Duster (04nos per year), Gumboot (01no. per year), Hand gloves (01 pair per month), Nose guard( 02 nos. per month)to be supplied in consultation with Fire & Safety Deptt., HR & A Deptt., and Utilizer Deptt., BTPS.

Annual Cost of PPE( on reimbursement basis at actual) for (05+02)=07 nos. workers under Sl. no. 13. For each work - Gumboot (01 no. per year), Nose guard (02 nos. per month), and Hand gloves (01 pair per month) to be supplied in consultation with Fire & Safety Deptt., HR & A Deptt., and Utilizer Deptt., BTPS.

Supplying of following disinfecting material of any renowned brand and of good quality in packed condition - Bleaching Powder.

Supplying of following disinfecting material of any renowned brand and of good quality in packed condition - White Phenyl.

Supplying of following disinfecting material of any renowned brand and of good quality in packed condition - Muriatic Acid.

Annual cost of tools & tackles ( on reimbursement basis at actual) for all workers - to be supplied in cosultation with Utillizer Deptt., BTPS. Payment will be made on submission of valid cash memo,challan etc.
