REPAIRS TO RIGID PAVEMENT AND CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT BY EPOXY AND ELASTROMATIC CONCRETE IN RUNWAY/ TAXI TRACK AT AF STN JAMNAGAR

M&L for repairing pot holes / patches etc in existing cement concrete pavements by cutting out damaged portion around the pot holes with mechanical equipment into regular shape, 15 to 20 mm deep, removing the loose material to a distance exc 250 metre but n.exc 500 m and cleaning the cut out portion with compressed air to remove all foreign materials like dust, dirt, loose aggregates etc, priming the pot holes / patches with special primer recommended by manufacturer and filling with modified elastomeric concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Chokesy Chemical (Product Name "Flex O Patch") or equivalent of make as per Appx B.

All as per item No 1 above but depth of pot holes / patches exc 20 mm deep but n.exc 25 mm deep.

All as per item No 1 above but depth of pot holes / patches exc 30 mm deep but n.exc 35 mm deep.

Make: Choksey chemical or as per item no.1 or equivalent of make as per Appx B.

Supply and Fix in repairs to 3mm thick Acrylic sheet (Trasperant) of existing lighted Sign Boards in Airfiled area complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer -in -Charge. Make : Tilara, Polyplast Pvt Ltd /Rayale Touche/Kapoor Plastics/Plexiglass

Supply and fix in repairs 4 mm thick ACP board, suitable for fixing stickers in one side for various types of Sign board in Air Field area of any size all as specifed and as directed by Engineer -in -Charge.. Make : Eurobond/Viva/Aludecor/Alstrong

Material and labour for HIP (Reflective) stickers in various size and shape on different types of sign boards of Air field area using 3M ™ High Intensity Grade Prismatic Reflective sheeting 3930 to 3937 series of approved colour fixing with pressure sensitive adhesive for unique construction providing high levels of retro reflectivity for multiple traffic situations providing long term reflectivity and durability including AV 450 series colour vinyl stickers of various size and shape sign boards as writing numerals, alphabets, border and arrow all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Cleaning of PCC drain not exceeding 1.5 metre deep by removing of deposited soft / loose soil and other foreign materials averaging 30 cm deep and removal of excavated material to a distance exc 250 m but n.exc 500 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note:- width of bottom of drain multiplied by the length of drain cleaned shall be measured for payment.
