Taking down LT PCC pole including excavation, earth work and demolition of concrete etc, and complete as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

S & F Prestressed concrete pole,9m long, minimum cross section 102mm x 172mm at top and minimum cross section 102 x 279 at bottom, class 10 erected in true vertical position complete all as specified. (Note :- Excavation/earth work, PCC in foundation/coping etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch "A")

M&L in repair shackle type Insulator porcelain vitreous white/ brown or green, 75 mm high and 90mm dia suitable for working pressure of 1100 Volt including Galvanized steel straps of size 31x3 mm , nut, bolt of dia 12 mm and washers of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of pin type Insulators Porcelain vitreous white or green including one Galvanized mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut complete for insulators of 100mm high and 65mm dia suitable for 1100 Volt electric pressure complete.

Material and labour for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size, stringing properly as per required sag on insulators on pole and binding with aluminium tape / binding with conductors, jumpers making connection etc including taking down old conductor, complete all as specified and directed

Only stringing including tightening as per required sag and fixing of existing aluminium conductor steel re-inforced (ACSR) on LT poles including S&F binding wire and making connection complete all as specified and directed at site of any type ACSR conductor and all as specifed and directed.

M&L cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, straps D-clamps, back plates and MS frames fabricated from structural steel sections such as MS channel, angle iron and flats etc including nuts, ,bolts, washers eye hooks, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size including two coats of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surface , fixed in repairs complete all as specified.

S&F stay wire galvanised strand size 7/3.15mm fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in repair of stay assembly complete with 16mm dia stay rod accessories shown in electric plate No. 1 SSR 2009 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: Loop insulator, Stay clamp, excavation and concrete measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair of loop type insulator vitreous porcelain white/ brown green small size with overall dimension 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16mm for fixing on stay wire all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 typeB-1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete or in coping of existing and new PCC/steel poles etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using (40mm) graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete (for foundation bed concrete in poles or any other directed site)

Excavation in trenches (by manual means), not exceeding 1.5m wide in depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying of cables including taking out old cable and pipe and connected items complete all as directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing of fine dry river sand cushion in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified. NOTE: - Only compacted thickness will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked class LV types 2 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm having minimum average breaking load 200Kg, complying IS:5820-1970 made of concrete used of grade M-20, laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of concrete cover perpendicular to the direction of the cable length, adjacent / abutting each other at a gap of 10mm complete all as specified.

Supply and lay GI tubing light grade ISI marked for cable protection/GI strip or wire, protection at road crossing/floor/ wall/on poles or at any indicated situation etc duly sealed at both end after drawing cable including necessary clamps, saddles all as directed and specified for the sizes 40mm bore

Note: single LT pole mounted MS work like cross arm, sty, bracing, clamps, channel & street light bracket will measured as one job .

M & L for preparation including cleaning/scraping old painted surface of High mast steel tubular pole and bracket etc with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M &L for preparation including cleaning/scraping old/ new painted surface and painting of LT Cement poles/ Steel pole up to 1.5 meter height from coping of poles, in alternative strips of 30 cm length with one coat of synthetic enamel paint in white and black including and numbering of pole etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. [including writing of MES LT/HT poles & Nos with black paint on white back ground (The letter shall be 50 mm in length)].

M & L for preparation including cleaning/scraping old/ new painted surface and painting LT panels, clamps, channels and frame and frame with two coats of grey synthetic paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Pruning of tree branches n. exc 30cm girth to clear LT/ HT Over head lines up to a distance of 3 Mtrs clear span around the over head line and disposed off tree branches including repairing/ stretching/ binding of copper / aluminium conductor damage during the pruning. Note- Pruning distance only measured.

Note for item no 24 to 29: Suffecient Manpower will be provided by contractor per pole for scraping of pole to complete work in one shut down & for outer rust painting for pole for second shut down and prooning of trees the period will only be Two hrs per shut down in various period and timing and day, which will be framed by the Department.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory made, CPRI type tested, outdoor, cubical compartmental type LT Feeder pillar box of min size 2mx1.8x0.6m, conforming to IEC 61641, having both sides openable with hinged double doors & locking arrangement and IP 66 protection made out of 3.15 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet, supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of 50x50x6mm frame, including earthing stud, labeling, painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 tank process), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate , vitreous enameled (white) with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, suitable for 3- Phase 4 Wire system, 500 V grade with necessary wiring, PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor of appropriate length & size, including fixing lugs, bolts, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

The LT Feeder pillar box shall comprise of the following:

Supply and fix in repairs automatic street light switch using Nature switch/astronomical switch for automatic switching of streel light based on Lux level of natural light. The sensor (Nature switch) alongwith suitable power contractor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof. Electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound (sintex make smc junction box) conforming to IP-54 degree of ingress. The contractor, MCB and circuit wiring should be suitable enough to take load of 5 KW conforming for cat part No Swadeep-02EC5KW1P or eq product of make specified. including necessary connection to be provided from running phase/panel to the automatic panel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level), connected to galvanized earth lead strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia light grade GI tubing for protection of earth lead, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20 mm dia, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type I, 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type BI pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made of 10 mm dia round bar including aluminium strip of size 25 mm x 3 mm for extension of earth lead (up to 2Mtr) and necessary excavation, earth work, in soil/loose soil and disposal of spoils to a distance not exc 15 mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 and all as directed and specified

Disconnecting and taking out existing ACB from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts and making serviceable of electrical and mechanical operation of the ACB incl Greasing Oiling , replacement of UNSV parts ( Note : All Spares parts of ACB Panel Measured and Paid Separately under relevent Item )
