GST registration details and copy of GSTR-3B challans from January-2026 to March-2025 should be submitted. GST no dues certificate up to February-2026 should be submitted.

EMD amount of Rs. 32,000/- should be paid through https://kppp.karnataka.gov.in and a copy should be submitted.

33% (4,22,400.00) Solvency Certificate from a nationalized bank should be submitted. Tender number must be mentioned in the solvency certificate.

Tender fee of Rs.5000 should be submitted in the form of DD in the name of Dean and Director. Tender fee is non-refundable.

Entrepreneur's Small Scale Enterprise Certificate.

Must have a Class-I civil contractors license certificate.

Tenderers must have a tractor and a water tanker and submit the RC book of the tractor.

Confirmation of not being blacklisted on a Rs.100 bond paper must be submitted.
