Total amount for 1 month (Sum of Row no. 1 and 2 above)

*The estimated number of pages per month is indicative and may increase or decrease based on actual requirement.

Payment shall be made as per actual subject to above quantity. ONGC will not give any minimum quantum of work.

The service provider who quotes minimum value in row 4 (Total amount for 36 months) above, shall be treated as L1 bidder

The bidder who is having the GST Registration number shall submit GST Invoices and the bidder who does not have the GST registration number will submit the commercial Invoices along with CA certificate regarding non applicability of GST registration.

GST applicability will be as per prevailing government notification, which will be reimbursed on actuals against documentary proof.

100% payment shall be made within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of invoice on monthly basis. TDS will be deducted as per applicable laws.

Service provider are advised to refer latest order and circular of the department of official language before quoting the prices.

Against this tender, ONGC intends to award contracts to four bidders. The offers shall be evaluated on the basis of the total quoted amount for a period of 36 months. The contract shall be awarded as follows: (a) 35% of the tender quantity to the lowest acceptable bidder (L-1); (b) 30% of the tender quantity to the next lowest bidder, subject to matching the L-1 rates; and (c) 25% of the tender quantity to the subsequent lowest bidder, subject to matching the L-1 rates. (d) 10% of the tender quantity to the subsequent lowest bidder, subject to matching the L-1 rates

In case more than one bidder quotes the same total amount for 36 months, the ranking shall be determined based on the highest value of work executed, as supported by documentary evidence submitted towards experience in accordance with the BEC.

Bidders shall submit satisfactory completion certificates from their clients clearly indicating the contract value, corresponding contract/order number, and date

In the event any contractor fails to provide services as per the Scope of Work, ONGC reserves the right to obtain such services from other contractor(s). Payment shall be made to the alternate contractor(s) accordingly. ONGC reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25% of tendered quantity at the time of placement of contract. ONGC also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity by up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates
