Architectural work to be carried out is as followings:- (a) Visiting the site by Architect of the proposed work along with his team of Engineer. (b) Preparation and submission of Architectural concept (min two Nos) along with preliminary line plans including site layout in Auto CAD for the proposed buildings for approval. (c) Preparation of working drawings of the approved line plans based on sound architectural practices, NBC, Zonal specifications, Vernacular Architecture, Green Building Norms, sustainable and Energy Efficient Design and features, TIs issued from time to time, other applicable building codes and norms ensuring human and structural safety and as per floor/plinth area and other details mentioned in Admin Approval/BPs and as directed and or by approval of Dir (Arch) of CE (AF) Allahabad (d) Preparation of drawings of Building services i.e internal/external layout: electrification, water supply, sewage disposal etc and schedule of finishes and getting it approved from respective sections and submission along with final architectural drawings. (e) Plinth area proposed building is as follows:- (b) (i) KV School building PA-5000 Sqm (D/S) (Approx) with Ramp. (f) Supply of self-sufficient final architectural designs & drawings in Auto CAD for the bldgs, structural drgs (based on arch drawings), services drawings, schedule of finishes and any other details drawings as required. The above mentioned bldg shall be of. (i) RCC Framed Structure with RCC roof. (ii) External walls shall be 230mm thick Bk wall unless otherwise mentioned. (iii) Plinth ht shall be of 450 mm or as per A/A. (iv) Flooring & Finishes shall be as per A/A and as per Zonal Specification. (v) RCC shelves or any other built-in items. (vi) Wall cladding, paneling, false ceiling/flooring etc as per A/A. (g) Supply of one set of original tracing on gateway brand (tracing film 90/95 GSM) along with softcopy in CD/DVD (in Auto CAD format). Any amendment required during tender presentation and on later date during execution shall be made by the consultant and requisite copies of the amended sheets shall be submitted free of cost. Clarification, if any, during complete execution till completion of the project.

Analysis and Design works Approx plinth area = 5000 Sqm including ramp, stair case, toilet blocks etc. Scope of Consulting wrt E-2 (D) shall be as under:- (a) Structural analysis design and drawing based on architectural drawings as approved from foundation to roof slabs and RCC water tank on roof top complete. (b) Vetting of all the drawing from NIT. (c) A certificate by vetting authority incorporating following:- (i) Analysis and Design has been done as per standard methods. (ii) All the relevant Indian Standards provisions has been followed/ incorporated. (iii) All the loading cases and their combinations as per Indian Standard have been used in analysis and design. (iv) Building as per drawings is safe for the purpose it is designed for. (d) Consultant shall supply Design folder including STAAD input and output file in soft and hard copy alongwith certificates and vetted white prints/tracings on A1 size. (i) Tracing - 01 Set (ii) White Print - 03 Set

(e) Consultancy for preparation of BOQ, estimate and rate analysis of above bldgs with supporting documents to be done seperate for ground floor & first floor such as price list, quotations as under:- (i) Taking off quantities and preparation of estimate and abstract and duly priced bills of quantities for bldgs work (Lump Sum) and service within the scope of BOQ based on MES SSR Part-II 2010 and market rates where SSR rates not available based on finalized drgs of bldgs. (ii) Preparation of market analysis of the building & services covered in the above mentioned work alongwith supporting details/documents to analyse quoted rate for reasonability. (iii) Schedule of internal water supply and internal electric supply shall be included in BOQ separately.
