Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of high-speed, low-loss communication cable suitable for RS-485 communication, twisted pair, shielded type (LiYCY (TP) 1 × 2 × 0.50 sq. mm), including organizing, clamping, termination at both ends with suitable connectors as required, testing for continuity and communication integrity, complete as required for proper and satisfactory operation.

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of LAN cable, CAT 6, suitable for data communication, including laying in existing conduit/tray, organizing, clamping, termination at both ends with suitable connectors, testing for continuity and performance, complete as required for proper and satisfactory operation.

CURRENT TRANSFORMER

Designing ,supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of tape-wound, Current Transformers (CTs) of the following ratings for three-phase application, Class 1, burden 5 VA, standard inner diameter (ID – STD) for existing busbar/conductor size, conforming to relevant standards, suitable for mounting in existing LT panels by carrying out necessary minor fabrication/modification works for proper placement and securing of CTs; including providing all required accessories and making proper terminations to the existing control wiring, complete as required. CT test reports issued by KSEB, ULCCS, or any equivalent accredited test centre is to be submitted. Site visit is recommended.

Ethernet LAN Switch

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Ethernet LAN Switch suitable for data communication network, with adequate number of ports, including mounting at designated location, providing necessary power supply, linking with LAN cables, basic configuration, verification of connectivity and data transfer, complete as required for proper and satisfactory operation.

METERING

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Panel Power Quality Meter (Schneider make PM8000-PM8240 or Equivalent) suitable for three-phase electrical systems, capable of measuring, recording and analysing electrical parameters including voltage, current, frequency, power, energy, power factor, harmonics, events and disturbances; including mounting in the existing panel, providing necessary CT/PT connections from the already available CT/PT of HT Panel (incomer VCB side), auxiliary power supply, communication wiring, integration with the Energy Management / Power Monitoring Software through the Panel Server or equivalent interface, verification of accuracy and communication, and submission of necessary documentation, complete as required for proper and satisfactory operation of the system. Site visit is recommended.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of multifunction electrical measuring meter (Schneider make EM6436H or equivalent), accuracy class 1.0, with LED/LCD display, suitable for three-phase electrical systems, capable of measuring electrical parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, power, energy and power factor, complete with RS-485 communication interface for data transmission; including mounting in the existing panel, providing necessary CT connections, auxiliary power supply, communication wiring, integration with the Energy Management / Power Monitoring System, testing for accuracy and communication, and submission of necessary documentation, complete as required for proper and satisfactory operation. The scope of work shall also include, wherever required, removal of existing meters and replacement with new meters or repositioning/transfer of meters within the panel to suit the installation. Site visit is recommended.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of multifunction electrical measuring meter (Schneider make EM6400NG+ or equivalent), accuracy class 1.0, with LED/LCD display, suitable for three-phase electrical systems, capable of measuring electrical parameters including voltage, current, frequency, power, energy and power factor, with provision for Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) measurement and harmonic analysis up to 15th order, complete with RS-485 communication interface; including mounting in the existing panel, providing necessary CT connections, auxiliary power supply, communication wiring, integration with the Energy Management / Power Monitoring System, testing for accuracy and communication, and submission of necessary documentation, complete as required for proper and satisfactory operation. The scope of work shall also include, wherever required, removal of existing meters and replacement with new meters or repositioning/transfer of meters within the panel to suit the installation. Supplying multifunction electrical measuring meter (Schneider make EM6400NG+ or equivalent), accuracy class 1.0, with LED/LCD display, suitable for three-phase electrical systems, capable of measuring electrical parameters including voltage, current, frequency, power, energy and power factor, with provision for Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) measurement and harmonic analysis up to 15th order, complete with RS-485 communication interface, complete as required.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS)

Supply of Schneider Electric make “EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert” or its equivalent Energy Management System (EMS) software for 200 devices, with additional software module for analysing Power Quality of one newly set up Power Quality Meter, including OEM Base License (lifetime), along with charges for software integration of 200 devices including Multifunction Meters (MFM), Power Quality Meter, transformer temperature scanners/sensors, flow meters, fuel level indicators, etc., to the EMS software. The work includes verification of communication between field devices and server, configuration of Modbus Ethernet Gateway and MFMs. Creation of required screens, dashboards and alarms for all devices in the EMS server PC and imparting training to Department staff, etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Provision shall also be made in the software architecture to facilitate future expansion up to 400 devices without major modification. The work shall be carried out by OEM-trained engineers.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Panel Server / Data Concentrator (Schneider make PAS600 or equivalent) with universal auxiliary power supply suitable for operation on 100–277 V AC/DC, including mounting in the existing panel or designated location, providing necessary power and communication connections, configuration for communication with connected MFMs, power quality meters, temperature sensors, flow meters, level indicators using standard protocols, integration with the central Energy Management / Power Monitoring Software, verification of data acquisition and communication, and submission of basic documentation, complete as required for proper and satisfactory operation of the system. Site visit is recommended.

SERVER/WORKSTATION

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of a Server / Workstation PC (HP/Dell or equivalent) suitable for use as an Energy Management System (EMS) / Power Monitoring server, with licensed Windows operating system, having minimum configuration comprising multi-core processor (Intel Core i5, minimum 4 cores or equivalent), 32 GB RAM (expandable), 1 TB solid state drive for operating system and applications, Gigabit Ethernet network interface, suitable graphics capability, necessary USB ports and all required accessories, complete with licensed Windows Server 2022 Standard (64-bit) operating system, licensed database software (SQL Server 2019 Standard / Enterprise / Business Intelligence or equivalent), licensed MS Office (2013 / 2016 / 365, 32-bit), antivirus and other allied system software, including UPS power support, installation at designated location, basic power-up checks and verification, complete as required.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC)

Providing Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the Energy Management System (EMS) software installation, after completion of the one-year defect liability and warranty period, including software support, periodic health checks, database verification, communication loop checking, system performance monitoring, fault diagnosis, rectification, coordination with OEM where required, and ensuring smooth and satisfactory operation of the EMS, complete as required
