Towards Making, supplying and fixing of stone signages for CNB using sand stone of Dhangadhara quarry and write ups in Hindi and English, logo of ASI and engraved on brass plate of 16SWG (1.6mm thick) including all materials, labour for cutting, dressing, molding, carving, fixing and transportation up to monument etc. all complete as per the approved design supplied and as directed by site in charge.

Towards Dismantling of the rotten wood on roof such as teakwood rafters very carefully with in a lead up to 50mts. (up to 10 mts. Height) and dispose of the debris using tractor trolley up to a lead of 10kms. Including erecting and dismantling of the scaffolding as directed by the site in charge etc.

Towards Erection of teakwood rafters using new well-seasoned Valsadi teakwood including cutting, cleaning, plaining of new wood as per original, hoisting in position with lead up to 50 mts. And lift up to 10 mts. Including making necessary carpentry joints, fixing with iron nails of required size as directed by the engineer incharge etc. complete (well dried teak wood to be used and size of rafter 2.00 x 0.23m x 0.15m)

MW (Maint.) to Tomb of Saiyed Mubarak Tomb, Sojali, District Kheda

Excavation for soak pit in all sorts of soil including throwing out the excavated earth and labour charge etc. complete.

Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 in foundation and top slab by using coarse aggregate including proper mixing, curing etc. completed.

Cost of steel including cutting, placing required for 0.175cmt, 2.90kg/1cmt = 15.75kgs

Construction of brick masonry work by using brick size 9”x4½”x3” in CM 1:6 including curing etc. complete.

Laying vitrified tiles of 450x450mm (standard brand) over 20mm thick mortar 1:4 including grouting with white cement and matching pigments also removal of old sunken flooring, material and labour charges etc. complete.

Provision for purchase of following materials required for the working of toilet block (as per list enclosed) including fixing in position as directed.

Removal of damaged concrete flooring and throwing away the debris outside the monument premises up to a lead of 200 mts by tractor trolley including levelling etc. complete as directed.

Laying of lime concrete bedding for flooring by using mix 1:2:4 (one part of lime, two part of coarse sand and four part of brick aggregate) including processing of lime in traditional manner curing, ramming, compacting, finishing including material and labour etc. complete as directed.

Laying of fine dressed/ machine cut sand stone flooring (Dhrangdhara stone) fixing in 1:1:1 (lime, sand, surkhi mortar) curing, pointing including all cost of materials and labour etc. complete as directed.

Laying of plain cement concrete for flooring at bottom of the vaju kund to prevent the water leakage by using mix (1:2:4) (i.e., cement, sand and stone aggregate) curing, ramming, compacting, finishing including cost of all material and labour etc. complete as directed.

Towards applying 12 mm thick cement plaster inside wall of the vaju kund to prevent the water leakages in (1:3) including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. as directed.
