Demolition of Brickwork or stone/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type-C-1 block masonary with solid blocks 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 2 here-in-before but except block.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking outjoints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement conc. Of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete , 1:2:4, type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in lintel upto 1.50 m span, cills, steps, seismic and other silmilar bands, plinth courses, sring courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upt 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troghs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or camphered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary etc.)

S&F mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of FE 410-W(Gde -E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of Mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed ,drilling holes notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh/chain link fencing /barbed wire fencingincluding all necessary welding, drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work and providing MS flat for welding of GI mesh to posts or struts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 13 here-in-before but except material.

Exavation in post holes in hard/dence soil (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning,filling in and remming each of broken rubble mixed with earth aroundin layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone agg as in foundation/ sub base of posts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of MS galvnised steel wire 4 mm dia of mesh 100X100 mm size or type made up into matteress or cages,lapped wired and laid in position including closing after filling including fixing to steel post by welding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Weight of wire mess will be decided by BOO conveyed by GE Kargil

Supply and fixing in repairs of Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Each line wire to be measured.

Restraining, resecuring including making good of existing galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165 fixing complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10 cm width/girth including filling with filler where reqd complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Vibro comacted Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for endura tiles, heavy duty, for high traffic 300x300mm, 10mm thick, non skid, acid and scratch resistance over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floor, set, jointed in neat cement slury complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed coloured elevation ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x 7mm thick over 10mm redering on backing of verticles tiles in Cement Mortar (1:3) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, etc, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment over 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in sub base/flooring/plinth protection including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring and surface finished even and fair all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, roof coverings & wall

S&F 0.63mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with self tapping screw or L-type or J-type or crancked hook bolts and washers as in roofs, walls etc, with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10 cm width/girth including preparing new zink or galvanised surface by coating mordant solution on CGI/PGI sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm width/girth including filling with filler where reqd complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Credit Note:- The accepted amount will arrived after deducting the sch of credit amount i.e. 39,800.00
