SH- I - Round the clock Operation & maintenance. Inspection, checking, cleaning, & monitoring 6 KV HT panels, 6 KV / 433 V, Transformers, LT panels, 2 nos. 500 KVA DG sets installed at cargo Substation i/c round the clock operation of DG sets. Carrying out all daily & weekly maintenance checks as per recommended maintenance schedule, all preventive maintenance as per specifications. All break down maintenance for all the equipments installed at Cargo Substation as when required. Providing all consumables of required quantities like cotton waste, distilled water, grease and hardware materials, control fuses, terminals blocks, ferrules, insulating tapes as per day to day maintenance requirement and all registers, log books and toos & plants etc. as per the requirement and as directed by the EIC. The minimum manpower provision as follows:- A. In general Shift Duty. (a) Electrical Engineer as per tender specification - 1 no. (b) Highly Skilled Manpower as per tender specification - 1 no. (c) Unskilled Manpower - 1 no. B. In Round the Clock Shift Duty. (a) Skilled Manpower - 2 location x 3 Shift = 6 nos. (b) Unskilled Manpower - 1 no. x 3 Shift = 3 nos. (A) Two year

SH-II : Maintenance of Battery Charger, planels & transformers. Checking & maintenance of batteries & battery charger sets installed at cargo substations for HT switchgears i/c. checking control wiring, tightening of all terminals after cleaning of terminals, providing petroleum jelly. Top up the batteries with distilled water etc. i/c. minors hardwares and spares complete as required. (a) First Year

Providing necessary cleaning materials, insulating tapes, minor hardwares, wires, thimble/lugs, fennels etc. as required (capacitors and major components shall be supplied by the department). (2 nos. APFC panel, 2 no. LT Non Essential Panel, 2 No. Essential LT panel, 3 nos. AMF panels). (a) First Year

Cleaning of luminaries, maintaining serviceability of emergency light in and around S/S building i/c. Up keeping of Electrical sub-station by i/c cleaning, uprooting of bushes / jungles etc. within the periphery of sub-station, as and when required as directed by Engg. I/C. (a) First Year

SH-III Maintenance of VCB / OCB & ACBs etc. Overhauling and servicing of existing LT ACB's of various makes up to 3200 Amp. Rating installed at cargo Sub-Stations at NSCBI Airport.

Overhauling and servicing of existing HT 6 KV / 11 KV OCB's / VCB's of various makes installed at cargo Sub-Stations at NSCBI Airport.

Replacement of faulty WTI & OTI of the existing transformer located at cargo Sub-Stations, NSCBI Airport.

SITC of silica gel breather as per sample in the existing transformer located at cargo Sub-Stations ,NSCBI Airport.

SH- IV - Painting etc. Cleaning the existing surface of cubicle panel at cargo substations & spray painting the same with two coats of ISI marked synthetic enamel paint of approved colour etc. as required.

Scrubbing, cleaning, the old paint from the existing surface of rolling shutters at cargo substations and painting the same with two coats of ISI marked synthetic enamel paint of approved colour etc. as required.

Scrubbing, cleaning the old paint from the existing surface of power transformer of following capacity located at cargo substations and spray painting the same transformers with two coats of ISI marked synthetic enamel paint / aluminum paint or as per existing paint of approved colour etc. as required. (a) Upto 500 KVA

Scrubbing, cleaning the old paint from the existing surface of power transformer of following capacity located at cargo substations and spray painting the same transformers with two coats of ISI marked synthetic enamel paint / aluminum paint or as per existing paint of approved colour etc. as required. Cleaning the surface of chequered plates at cargo sub-stations and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint etc. as required.

Repairing of existing rolling shutter at cargo substations of various sizes after removing the same from existing frame and frame work, shutter rail, shaft, side guides and arrangement for inside operation etc. including all servicing, greasing, oiling, repairing of locking arrangement complete fixing as per direction of Engineer-in- charge .
