Supplying and fixing Gyp Board Suspended regular single layer false ceiling (GS-MFSC-4.1 as per India Gypsum) using 12.5 mm thick Gyp Board conforming to IS 2095 - 1993 fixing to Gyp steel GI perimeter channels of size 20 mm x 27 mm x 30 mm(web) of 0.55 mm thick along the perimeter of ceiling screw fixed to brick work/ partition at 610 mm c/c and suspending the frame work using Intermediate channels (45 mm x 15mm x 15mm x 0.9 mm) from soffit at 1220 mm c/c with ceiling angle (25 mm x 10 mm x 0.55 mm) fixed with GI Cleat and steel expansion fasteners & connecting clip to the ceiling channels (with knurled web of 51.5 mm x 26 mm x 10.5 mm x 0.55 mm) fixed in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457 mm c/c and fixing the 12.5 mm tapered edge Gypboard with 25 mm drywall screws at 230 mm c/c & jointing and finishing using joint compound and paper tape to have a flush look including filling the tapered & square edges with jointing compound, two coats of drywall topcoat complete for finished item of work as per Idia Gypsum Ltd specification.

Throughly removing the white wash or colour wash wall surfaces by steel wire brushing and /or scraping, sand papering, and preparing the wall surface smooth ;inlcuding necessary repairs to scraches , providing and applying synthetic plaster of putty or cement based putty of average 1-2mm thickness over plasted wall surfaces to prepare the surface even and smooth after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, appliane memory paper , sanding the surface, clean and wipe off loose dust, applying / knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, Air dry for 2 - 3 hours , sand with 180& 320 No. sand paper for the surface preparation, Painting with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over one coat of interior grade cement primer ( total 3 coats ) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Flooring with Double charged/stain free soluble salt procelain vitrified tiles with double layer pigment of size 600mm x 600mm and thickness between 8-10mm of any colour and finish in all shades and designs of first qulaity set over a base coat of epoxy emulsion grout / synthetic / resin adhesives in width of 3-5mm , fixing full depth , jointing and pointing laid over existing flooring / CC bed /slab, jointing / pointing grout mixed with pigment of matching shade , including cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges , incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution. Painting to existing old plastic emulsion painted walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Providing painting for old Iron work two coats using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials , brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.

Providing painting for old teak wood joinery two coats using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials , brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:5) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:3) with smooth finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site and all other taxes on all materials, and operational, incidental charges and all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 904) for internal surfaces of brick walls and contigeous RCC surfaces.
