OD162792/2024-2025:Supply installation testing and commissioning of "30 KVA CPCB 4" DG set including Diesel Engine., 4 stroke engine, radiator , turbo charged inter cooled 1500 RPM, prime power rating generator 100% with over load capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 continuous hours of operation. Engine shall be complete with Blower fan, heavy duty replaceable Paper element filters-fuel, tube oil and by pass, and flywheel to suit single bearing alternator, , Battery charging Alternator etc.Control panel consist of indicating lamps for load on&set running, instrument fuses , meters, MCB etc. Safty control: Low lube oil pressure and high water emperature.Alternator : Stamford or equivlent three phase 30 KVA rated 1500 RPM at 0.8 PF,415V,4wires 50 cycles/sec,brushless type ,self excited , Band of voltage regulation +/-1%of rated voltage from no load to full load . including other accessories such as Approved AcousticEnclosure: Power coated box witch polyurethane foam for noise absorption canopy , battery 12V dry with leads and terminals), battery charger, indicator, Alarm,Trip, Fuel Tank: (complete with level indicator,fuel inlet and out let,air vent,inlet arrangement for direct filling andrequired length of fuel hoses).Ventilation system, radiator, silanser, Base frame etc. fixed on existing/proposed cement concreate bed as required.
