Supply, install, connecting up, testing and commissioning of outdoor, both side extendable HT 12 KV rated voltage and 11 KV operating voltage, 3 phase 50 Hz, four way Ring Main Unit (+CCVV+) Type :two fixed vacuum circuit breaker duly interlocked, and two load break motorised isolator, battery charger, totally enclosed metal clad switch gear with motorized 24 volt DC battery bank and charger, protection relays, having rated current of Ring Switch and Breaker is 630 Amp, copper bus bar with danger notice board, with factory made weather proof enclosure by the switchgear manufacturer. The unit shall be painted in RAL7012/7035 paint shade with following specifications and all as per the IEC 62271 –200 and Type test report of RMU should include Internal Arc with AFLR classification and as per the specification of the manufacturer of Make :Lucy / SIEMENS / ABB.

(a) Ring Switch/Isolator (i) Capacity 11 KV, HT, 630 Amps. Triple pole, single break, having three position ('ON', 'OFF' and 'EARTH') Ring Main Switches, each with independent motor charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch. (ii) Air insulated cable boxes with gland plate suitable for bottom entry of single run of three core cable up to 300 sqmm. (iii) Cable Bushings (iv) Capacitive Voltage Indicator with LED Display. (v) Mimic diagram on front panel, complete with status indicators (ON-OFF-EARTH). (vi) Motorised assembly (vii) One set of Potential Free contacts for SCADA Compatibility. (viii) Fault Passage Indicators with remote contact. (ix) Angle Boots-NON TOUCH PROOF

(b) Vacuum Circuit Breaker : (i) Capacity 630 Amps, Triple pole, Vacuum Circuit Breaker, with independent motor charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch, with provision for earth of the cable. (ii) Air insulated cable box with gland plate suitable for bottom entry of single run of 3-core cable up to 300 sqmm. (iii) multi powered Over current & Earth Fault Relay with digital display(iv) Resin cast current transformers for protection circuit mounted on Cable bushings / cable box of ratio 60-30/1A, 5P10, 2.5VA. (v) Capacitive Voltage Indicators with LED Display. (vi) Mimic diagram on front panel, complete with status indicators (ON-OFF-EARTH). (vi) Motorised assembly. (vii) Epoxy Moulded low energy Tripping Coil for tripping the circuit breaker in fault condition. (viii) One set of Potential Free contacts for SCADA Compatibility. (ix) Right Angle Boots-NON TOUCH PROOF.

(c) General specifications : (i) One set of positive standard mechanical interlocks to avoid unsafe operations. (ii) Provision of pad locking for open, close, earth position in correct sequence. (iii) Mano meter for indicating SF6 gas pressure with green and red zone. (iv) Three mm thick stainless steel SF6 tank with robotically welded construction with IP67 protection. (v) External stud for earthing connections. (vi) SF6 Gas re filling provision. (vii) Extendable bushings future for future extension with metallic end cap cover. (viii)Battery with charger

(d) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of necessary rain protection roofing structures (Open shed for protection of RMU) comprising of MS tubular poles, purlins and Galvalume sheet including earthwork, PCC etc complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. The steel structures shall be painted with 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surface. The approx. area of roof shall be 8.0 sqm.

Supply and laying cables in trenches, or fixing on walls or passing through cable duct / pipe XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy-duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed), grade having cross sectional area 3 core 185 sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying cables in trenches, or fixing on walls or passing through cable duct / pipe XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy-duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed), grade having cross sectional area 3 core 300 sqmm i all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 300 sqmm all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable route indicator over the HT cables made out of cast iron block of size 15 x 10 cm and thickness 10mm fixed with MS strip of size 32 x4 mm upto length 75mm and marked with 'MES HT cable 185 / 300 sqmm' or LOOP OF HT CABLE 185 / 300 sqmm' as required on cast iron block including PCC and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with and including galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected upto system or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for laying pipes and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning fitting in soil including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed..

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 Mtr depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for River sand filling in trenches for cushioning of HT cables punning after filling complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class ,HV , Type I as per IS -5820 with flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid dry in trenches over under ground cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 100mm dia under road crossing for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.
