Improvement to Boundary Wall of 132 33 KV Grid Sub-Station at Barpali (Provision for heightening and fixing of concertina coil)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Dismantling and Removing Brick/Stone Masonry in cement/lime mortar under /above 3mtr height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing & disposing the debris etc. within 50mtr lead including cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Earthwork Excavation in Foundation trenches in Ordinary soils with dressing and leveling the bed and sides Suitable to the drawing and design and depositing the excavated soil within initial lead of 50 mtr. and initial lift of 1.5 mtr Including cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Filling in Foundation and Plinth with sand well watered and rammed, laid in layers not exceeding 150mm in thickness suitable to drawing and design compacted to required depth etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineering charge.

Cement Concrete work of proportion (1:4:8) in bed of foundation / basement of floor etc. using 40mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry lead in layers not exceeding 150mm thick compacted to required defth suitable to drawing and design for the site with watering and curing to attain required strength etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) work of grade M-20 (1:1 ½ :3) in Column base & Stem upto plinth using 12mm (½ inch) size hard black crusher broker granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including batching, grading, mixing in a mechanical mixture, hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with appropriate vibrator for casting- in- situ suitable to the drawing and design of the structural member at site having compressive strength not less than 200 kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes and test conducted after 28 days of curing as per test conducted in accordance with the code IS-456 and IS-516 in work test with watering and curing for 28 days to attain the required strength as mentioned including cost of centering and shuttering but excluding cost of re-enforcing materials like MS rod, tor-steel,binding wire and labour charges for making & tying the re-enforcing grills and including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) work of grade M-20 (1:1 ½ :3) in Grade Beams & Top Beam using 12mm (½ inch) size hard black crusher broker granite stone chips pf approved quality from approved quarry including batching, grading, mixing in a mechanical mixture, hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with appropriate vibrator for casting- in- situ suitable to the drawing and design of the structural member at site having compressive strength not less than 200 kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes and test conducted after 28 days of curing as per test conducted in accordance with the code IS-456 and IS-516 in work test with watering and curing for 28 days to attain the required strength as mentioned including cost of centering and shuttering but excluding cost of re-enforcing materials like MS rod, tor-steel,binding wire and labour charges for making & tying the re-enforcing grills and including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and Making Re-enforcing Grills for RCC works with MS rod,tor-steel of required diameter and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with straightening, cutting, bending, binding, tying the grills and placing in position suiting to the form-work for RCC structural member as per the drawing and design at site including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineering charge.(Payment shall be made on weight of MS rod/tor-steel only and no separate payment for binding wires)

Brick masonry works with cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth using Fly-Ash bricks of size 23cm X 11cmX 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/Sqcm with dimensional tolerance + 2% and immersing the bricks for six hours before use in masonry work with splays, cutting, corbelling, chamfering, circular moulding and similar such type of works , watering and curing to attain required strength etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.
