REPAIR TO ROLLING SHUTTERS, STEEL GATES, COLLAPSIBLE GATE ETC AND OTHER CONNECTED REPAIRING WORKS UNDER GE(AF) JAMNAGAR NO.1 AT AF STN JAMNAGAR

Taking down top assembly complete (except curtain & side bracket) of rolling shutter area not exceeding 10 square meter each, push pull or manual type and re-fixing the same in same position after necessary repairs such as cleaning, oiling, greasing, cleaning of the side guided channels, replacement of rusted nuts and bolts, including replacement of rusted profiles and welding / grinding as required for proper and smooth function, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Unserviceable spare part such as suspension shaft, spring, ball bearing etc., if found unserviceable will be replace with new one and the same will be measurable & paid separately as supply only under respective items of this Sch. (ii) Gear box assembly if found unserviceable will be replace with new one and the same will be measurable & paid separately as supply & fix in repair under respective items of this schedule.

All as per item No 1 above including notes but area exceeding 10 Square meter but not exceeding 20 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only steel ball bearing suitable for rolling shutter, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: SKF, NBC, TATA or equivalent.

Supply only 40mm bore G.I Pipe medium grade as in suspension shaft for rolling shutter, cut to size including necessary drilling / grinding etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only 50mm bore G.I Pipe medium grade as in suspension shaft for rolling shutter, cut to size including necessary drilling / grinding etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only helical type steel spring suitable for rolling shutter of size exceedeing 5 Sqm but not exceeding 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only helical type steel spring suitable for rolling shutter of size exceeding 10 Sqm but not exceeding 20 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair mild steel Safety lever locks sutaible for rolling shutters, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down guide channel of any size and supply & fix guide channel of size 75mm deep fabricated with 3.15mm thick plain black sheet for rolling shutter including necessary welding including painting of guide channel with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Gear box assembly for rolling shutter including rod, required nuts, bolts, cleats, crank handle etc., complete of standard make and fixed in position including one shop coat of primer including removal of old gear box assembly and other accessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
