Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer etc. complete and all as specified.

Removing excavated Soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point etc complete and all as specified

Disconnecting connections and taking out carefully submersible pump set upto 52 HP from tube well from a depth of 120 mtrs along with column pipes, without damaging the pump set for repair and transportaion of pump set to contactors workshop for repair and relowering of pump set with column pipes and cable upto required depth and making connections after repair, electrically with delivery line etc Note :-1. Cost of T&P (Small or special) required for taking out pump set is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Any damage to pump set, submersible cable of tube well housing shall be make good by th contrctor without any extra cost. 2. Spare parts required shall be meared and paid seprately as supply only. 3. Unsv submersible pump set shall be taken out from the borewell on the same day of receipt of complaint from department. Contractor not attending the breakdown after receipt of complaint on telephone shall be charged Rs 10000/-daily from his RAR clearely mentioning date and location of breakdown not attended by contractor.

Opening of submersible motor of cap 52 HP,3 phase ,440 volts, 50 Hz, 2900 RPM and rewinding to stator with PVC insulated copper winding wire including sleeves, thimbles & minor spare parts like as bronze bushes , gland packing etc and re-assembling the same with motor after repair and taking out burnt copper wiring complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting of centrifugal pump set electrically uprated from suction and delivery line, transporting pump set to workshop for repair, strip opening of induction motor 40 HP and taking out burnt out winding wire from stator and rotor carefully, cleaning the stator slots, rewinding to stator and rotor with copper winding wire as per exiting size of wire including providing mica paper in stator slots thimbles, vanishing to winding wire and drying up of the insulation in heating chamber , assembling to motor after repair work and megger testing for insulation , transporting of the motor to site , refixng, reinstallation , reconnecting and testing for smooth and trouble free functioning complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Defective spare parts shall be measured & paid separately under respective itemof this Sch ‘A’ as “Supply only” .
