Availability by owning the following key and critical equipment for this work : (i) availability by owning at least 50% of the required / specified key and critical equipment for this work and (ii) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease / hire basis for all works provided Concrete Batching Plant and allied Equipment 2No. of 20/30 cum hr Loaders 6 Nos Tipper Nos Transit Mixers 8 Nos Tower Crane 2 Nos Excavator 6 Nos Generator with capacity 100 KVA 4 Nos. Boomer placer 3 No Concrete pump 3 No Service passenger lift 2 Nos

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 120 Crores (Credit lines / Letter of Credit / Certificates) from the Nationalized/ Scheduled Banks for meeting the funds requirements etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated flow for three months in the peak construction period).

Details of on going works, commitments of works and litigation history of works The tenderer should provide an Affidavit swearing to the effect that the stated works are the only works and it is true to the best of his / her / their knowledge

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering construction works only) of Rs.954.10 Crores. Note: Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2026-27
