Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by all means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 302, 304, and 1603 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all un-useful material to acquired width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and hauling /carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures. Recovery for usefull stone of 96.16 cum @ 300/-cum only shall be effected from the contractor bill actually executed at site on pro-rata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected.Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification clause 305 & 1603 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Loosening of the ground up to the level of 300 mm (Three hundred millimetre) below the sub grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 for sub grade construction as per M.O.R.D. technical specification clauses 303 in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Constrution of sub grade and Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303 including hauling of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential or as per the entire satisfation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax GSTor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material 100mm (One hundred milimetre) consolidated thick spreading in uniform layer with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 401 for grading-I material as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer -in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lift and other incidental .The rate is including of octroi, royality, malkana, tolltax, sale tax GSTor other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting mechanical means stone aggregates of size 63mm to 45mm (Sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading -II, 75mm ( Seventy five millimetre) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,using template hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening Type B of size 11.2mm ( Eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 Cum. (Zero point two zero ) Cubicmetre per ten square metre and binding materials at the rates of 0.06 cum ( Zero point zero six cubicmetre) per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. Technical Specification Clause 405 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer -in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lift and other incidental .The rate is including of octroi, royality, malkana, tolltax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of size 53mm to 22.4mm (Fifty three millimetre to Twenty two point four millimetre) Grading -III, 75mm ( Seventy five millimetre consolidated thick) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type B 11.2mm ( Eleven point two milimetre) nominal to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading per MORD technical Specification Clause 405 as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer -in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lift other incidental .The rate is including of octroi, royality, malkana, tolltax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN Emulsion (SS-1) (one) with nano technology on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. per Sqm. ( zero point eighty five kilograme) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Chargeincluding hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitument emulsion (RS-I) with nano technology using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.250 kg (zero point two five zero kilogram) per Square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer coat cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section No. 503 and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitument emulsion (RS-I) with nano technology using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.250 kg (zero point two five zero kilogram) per Square metre on the prepared bituminous surface treated with primer coat cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section No. 503 and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and laying 50 mm (Fifty millimetre) bituminous macadam with 40-60 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 (Fifty) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading-II 19 mm(Ninteen millimetre) nominal size premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (VG Ten) with nano technology grade at the rate of 3.3%(three point three percent ) of mix weight as per table 500.30 and 500.4 transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction and as per Clause 504 of MORT&H Specification (latest edition) including hauling of material in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation and as per the direction of the Engineer - In -Charge The rates includes Octroi, Royallity, Malkana,Tolltax,Sales tax or other Taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre ) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes ( Seventy five Tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder with nano technology @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 in all respect as per the direction of Engineer- in -charge, including entire carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts other incidentals.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to the depth of 150mm and disposal of scarified material up to any lead and lift and as per technical specifications Clasue301.4 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing lines and grade as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1500, including hauling of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential or as per the entire stisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including hauling of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential or as per the entire satisfication and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Two hundred seventy five Kg) in or under water including curing complete, pumping or bailing out water ,dewatering and removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including cost of form work in abutments etcetera as per drawings and MORD technical specifications section 800,900 and 1200 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, tolltax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in Sub- structure for all types of structure of cement concrete of Grade M-20 (M Twenty) design mix with cement contents not less than 330 kgs (Three hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre with 20 mm (Twenty Milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Bed Block and dirt wall etcetera complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications section 800,900 and 1200 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, tolltax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per M.O.R.D. specification and drawing . Three MS plates of 1.6 mm ( one point six millimeter) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm ( twenty five millimeters into five millimeters) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeter into twenty five millimetre into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. Providing and fixing of semi-reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory signs 600mm (Six hundred hundred mlimetre) equilante triangle as per IRC-67, made of 1.5mm (one and half millimeter) thick MS sheets duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back and red reflective border of sixty five millimeter width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per clause 1701.3.9 of MORD specifications for rural roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mmx47mm 12 SWG (Forty seven into forty seven millimeter of twelve ( standard wire gauge) sheet square tube of 3050mm ( Three thousand fifty milimetre) height duly strengthened by 25mm x 5mm (Twenty five milimetre into five milimetre) Mild steel flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawing and technical specification clause 1701.2.2 including painting angle iron post with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per the specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, etc. on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous/concrete surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1702 including painting angle iron post with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per the specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.
