M & L for cleaning of blocked/chocked sewer pipe line of 100 mm dia from WC to gully trap, manhole or from cleaning eyes in any depth by mechanical Jetting machine and well flushing the complete line including removing of sludge /waste to low lying areas within 200 m distance and buring the same properly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers duly set in cement mortar (1:4) as wherever required complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor/ supervisor of contractor will report to office with following labour at 8.30AM every working day, he will collect the complaint slips and will report to the office again in the evening after complition of work, Blockage have to be cleared within the 24 hrs after the receiving of complaint. Labour at each day (Sweeper -04 Nos Roorkee and 02 Nos in Purkazi, Supervisor-1 Nos) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of blocked/chocked sewer pipe line of 200 mm dia (exc.3 m and n.exc 4.5 m in depth from top of man holes to bottom of pipe line) by mechanical jetting machine and well flushing the complete line including removing of sludge /waste to low lying areas within 200m distance and buring the same properly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers duly set in cement mortar 1:4 as wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of WC with harpic/Acid incl cleaning line from WC trap upto first manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of blocked nahani trap of bathroom, kitchen & WHB including cleaning of pipe line upto gully trap as required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking off existing covers of septic tank, cesspool, soak well, lift well, soak pit or manholes and cleaning the same of any size/capacity by dewatering and taking out sludge in liquid mud, silt or in solid state after emptying the water with the help of combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on vehicle having facilities of high pressue of water thermoplastic fiber blended water jetting hose & through conical or round shape nozzle pipe and removing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 2500m and burying the sludge in newly excavated pits of suitable sizes and covering the same with excavated earth and placing back in position the removed covers and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Soak well/ septic tanks/ manhole cleaning by mechanical suction pump tanker of capacity 3000 ltrs and laying/ throwing out of MOD Land (up to 3 km) as per all arrangement of contractor and complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide & n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non - skid Ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregte as in floor, hard standing, plinth protection etc 75 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in alternate bays n'exc 2.50 Sqm and joints filled with with mastic filling complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Dismantling of floor of WC and bath not exc 300mm deep and removing out the cinder/concrete from sunken portion, cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle with compressed air or any other suitable method depending on site conditions, grinding any sharp edges etc complete all as specified and directed. (b) Cleaning or RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle etc with compressed air or any other particles or any other suitable techniques on site conditions etc. (c) M&L for a glass fiber reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm glass fiber reinforcement and top coat with Sika Top® Seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm or equivalent of Fosroc or MC Bauchemie India Pvt Ltd. (d) M&L for protection plaster 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound with as specified. (e) M&L for providing 25mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150mm beyond outer face of wall. (f) M&L for sunken portion filled with 40 mm graded brick bats and finished with 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and directed. (g) The area of Each WC portion is n.exc 2.00 Sqm each. (h) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Note : The work will be executed by authorised manufacturers/applicator. complete all as specified and directed.
