Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sq. M but not exceeding 4 Sq. M each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pressed steel frames size 125 x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing plain cement concrete type C-1, (1:3:6), (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in fixing of hold fast including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made,2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc, (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part -I. section 8, clause 8.24(a), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet rainforced with MS square tube in opening as per specification & as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes far top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC “C” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheets to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F three track powder coated anodised aluminium sliding window having two glass shutter and one gauge shutter top and side frame made up 123.45 mm /44 mm 1.5 mm, bottom 128mm/39.15/1.63mm thick aluminium section & shutter made up 69mm/25.40mm/1.63mm and 50.80 mm / 25.40 mm/1.3 mm thick without sash bar alum section including all necessary joining cleats,hold fast ,rubber gasket anodised snap beading,anodised alumn fittings,suitable alumn handle and locking arrangment etc as directed by engr in charge. making good, all other connected fittings, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate will be quoted as excluding cost of glass and gauge includes

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium fixed ventilaters having half fixed with frosted glass 4 mm thick and half 100mm wide glass 4 mm thick louvers frame made up 62 mm /29.5 mm 1.5 mm thick aluminium section including all necessary joining cleats,hold fast ,rubber gasket anodised snap beading,anodised alumn fittings,suitable alumn handle and locking arrangment etc as directed by engr in charge.(Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor include cost of glass and includes making good, all other connected fittings complete all as specified and directed.
