Repair / Maint of 2 x Main LT panel boards (indoor type) with various components comprises like MCCBs and Air circuit breaker. The following unserviceable items of existing size, including servicing and cleaning of 2 x ACB, 1000Amp 4 Pole 50 Hz installed at Power House at MH Jodhpur :- (a) Under voltage coil of Air Circuit Breaker to be replaced - 01 Job. (b) Over voltage coil of Air Circuit Breaker to be replaced - 01 Job (c) Closing Coil of Air Circuit Breaker to be replaced - 01 Job (d) VMR for under voltage - 02 Nos (Make : Teknika) (e) Timer for under Voltage - 02 Nos (f) Relay for under Voltage - 03 Nos Note : (i) Necessary electrical connections and extension of incomming and out going cables by opening of loops/making joints with same size of cable and provisioning of cable lugs / thimbles as reqd including necessary arc/gas welding required for hinges and removing all dirt, dust etc with the help of air blower and painting of arc affected area complete. (ii) While servicing on ACB disconnecting all electrical connection, carried out necessary overhaulling, cleaning and servicing and refixing the same after the work completed at existing position with all including minor replacement parts, capacity and make all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Replacement of all minor parts rates to be included on the quoted rates.

(Note : (i) If aluminium thimble/lugs required to replace during the work, Rate of aluminium thimble / lug of any size required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Rate of necessary earthwork as required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate

M&L for load balancing of three phase system at Main LT Panel upto Sub LT Panel of any size and capacity complete including disconnecting of existing cables and refixing the same as per load balance requirement including replacement of burnt/carbonized aluminium thimble of any size and capacity all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Necessary eqpt and safety measures, stationary reqd for load balancing arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Cost of New aluminium/Copper tube terminal of any size as per site reqmt change under the job deemed to be included in the quoted rate

M&L for load balancing of Single/three phase system at LT Panel upto Distribution box / Bldg Main supply of any size and capacity complete including disconnecting of existing cables and refixing the same as per load balance requirement including replacement of burnt/carbonized aluminium tube terminal of any size and capacity all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Necessary equipments and safety measures, stationery and T&P required for load balancing arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Cost of New aluminium/Copper tube terminal of any size as per site reqmt change under the job deemed to be included in the quoted rate

M&L for preparing old painted steel or iron surfaces of DG sets foundaton / frame of 500 KVA & 200 KVA at MH Jodhpur and 400 KVA at MBT Arjun and description by cleaning dirt, oil, grease etc, removing the old paint, rust by scratching with wire brush / emery paper etc, with and incl repairing/refixing of existing DG sets doors with hinges, by using of gas welding, including 2.0 mm thick steel sheet 100x40cm size to be covered the DG Set panel with proper welding and with iron holding angle for protection, Anti vibration pads to be fixed in eight places on each DG Sets (necessary lifting arrangements can be properly done at your end for fixing of vibration pads), arrangement of locking system for Deisel tank to be provided for all three DG sets with and incl all kind of machine work i.e. cutting, bending, pressing, threading, welding, jointing etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Anti vibration pads (including lifting arrangements), locking system and steel fabrication work rates are deemed to be included on the quoted rate

Replacement of UNSV Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connecting to the GI earth strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of concrete pit made from PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 1.50 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, with fixing arrangement , funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil , returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to LT Panel / DG Sets / Voltage Stabilizer / Building all as specified or indicated including testing on complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out faulty XLPE LT Cable of size 16 sqmm to 70 Sqmm x 3.5/4 core and repair the same with straight through Joint (Tublar sleeve version) including suitable size of line connector complete all as per directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Cost of necessary excavation and earth work , labour, Jointing kit complete, fixing charges & T&P including removing of grass/shrubs nearby the fault location will be deemed to include in quoted rates.

Servicing of DG SET of 200 KVA, make Kirloskar at New MH for repair/replacment of the following components all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge. (a) Checking water temperature safety control (b) Checking and correcting up impeller of water pump for excess play. (c) Checking and correcting turbocharger oil leakage,tightening of mounting screws and nuts (d) Cleaning,tightening all electrical connection of engine (e) Checking and cleaning of generator brushes(Alternator) and commutator (f) Cleaning of entire engine. (g) Checking exhaust and inlet manifold bolts and capscrew (h) Checking engine blow by (j) Cleaning of radiator inside and outside by removing and refixing after cleaning. (k) Checking and adjusting injector and valves. (l) Cleaning fuel inlet connections and screw. (m) Changing of governor oil. Attending any electrical or mechanical complaints of DG sets of capacity 200 KVA, 400 KVA & 500 KVA DG Sets including control panel / ACB installed at MH Jodhpur

Taking down self starter assembly of DG set from the existing position, opening in to parts, sort out the unserviceable items like carbon bush, pinion etc. and replace the same with new one including rewinding of field coils, re-assembling and re-fixing the same in its original position including to and fro conveyance charges to work shop and testing and all as per the direction of the engr-in-charge.

Taking down water pump assembly from the existing position, opening into parts overhauling the same with replacement of water pump repair kit, ball bearing (1No) (Make SKF/NBC), water pump, gasket seal, oil seal and re-assembling and re-fixing on the base for the capacity 200 to 500 KVA DG sets and all as per the direction of the engr-in-charge.

Dismantling fuel injection pump (FIP) of DG set carefully, opening in to parts, for maintenance, servicing, tuning by overhauling and calibration up to 6 cylinders, adjustment of nozzle pressure and other controls, replacement of unserviceable spares, re-fixing the FIP on its original position including to and fro charges to thr work shop and all as per the direction of the engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 58 above but DG set 500 KVA Make Kirloskar Notes : For item Nos 51 to 59 above (i) The mechanic/engineer will attend the complaints with in 12 hrs from the tele message/call from the AGE E&M Shikargarh or JE E&M including Sunday and holiday. (ii) If the contractor failed to attend the complaint with in 12 hrs, a panality of ₹.500.00 per hr shall be recovered. (iii) The rate of minor spares required to rectify the complaint shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Major spares required for rectify the complaint shall be measured and paid separately. (v) Tools for the repairs and safety of the mechanic/engineer shall be at contractor's risk.

(NOTE : letters shall be given by Engr in charge and the same shall be computerised).

M & L for checking and measuring the earth resistance of earthing for lightening arrester, Bldgs and equipment earthing with earth resistance tester with compiling the following -: (a) Adding the water and salt before checking the earth resistance. (b) Tightening of earth strip/wire connection on test point and earth pit. (c) The earth resistance value of all earthing pit should be recorded in resister duly signed by users and MES representative.

M&L for Servicing/repairing/replacement of unserviceable parts of Voltage stablizer 250 KVA including cleaning / resetting / replacement of the following necessary components :- (a) Digital control card with Amp / Volt display with all necessary electric connection with CT - 3 Nos (b) Tracking Transformer 240V to 20V of 1 Amp - 3 Nos (c) 10Kg Servo Motor - 01 No (d) 300Amp contractor with necessary required wiring with 120 Sqmm multistrand copper wire - 01 No (e) Under voltage / over voltage phase preventer with Contactor 300 KVA timer and High / Low voltage cut off Note : While servicing on Voltage stablizer disconnecting all electrical connection, carried out necessary overhaulling, cleaning and servicing including dehydration of oil to be carried out. Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including trimming of sides, for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8cm before laying and 15 cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18cm thick, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and sand cover to UG cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover LV class type - I with size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e. width of cover along the length of cable) for UG cable protection on the top of the sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling in duct at Power House for protecting the underground cables, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of galvanized iron pipe of 100 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the item rate.
