M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, haunching, roof kerb or similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) over roof mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement over while the padding concrete is still green finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying one coat of cold bituminous primer (as approved by GE) @0.25ltr/per sqm over dried up surface of concrete/plastered including cleaning surfaces confirming to IS 3384-1986 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (Minimum), weighting not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighting not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bituminious primer as specified above. Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Non Skid ceramic tiles colour 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 including brushing with neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non Skid ceramic tiles colour 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 including brushing with neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 26 above but skirting including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 laying complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic colur tiles (450x350 x 7mm thick) on dado & skirting , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering rough/even & fair finished in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tile complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel windows with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handles, 2 Nos steel tower bolts 100mm long peg stay complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded, including locking arrangements complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 29 here in before but without glazing bars complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, lugs as in hold fast with locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pressed steel frames made of 1.25mm thick MS sheet of profile 125x60mm for door frames with one or more rebates including hinges (100/50mm stainless steel),lock strike plate, shock absorber, 20mm dia 60mm long MS conduit for housing of a drop bolt, treating of internal surfaces of chowkhats with coal tar or black paint including hinges, hold fasts/lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, holdfast blocks, coping, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, lin steps, kneelers, bed plates, apex stones kerbs benching and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour flush shutters, 30mm thick solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including 6/8mm thick polished teak wood lipping alround the door properly fixed complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 35 mm thick second class hardwood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc.sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix 30 mm thick factroy made solid panel PVC door shutter (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with neat moulded plain colour PVC channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuct inside the solvent cement for style and single side pre laminated PVC sheet for top rails, lock rails and bottom rails on either side and as gap insert for top rails and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded to the style and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site in clause 8B.2.1of MES Schedule Part-II (2004) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet 3.0 cm consolidated thickness with 0.40 cum of stone chip mixed with 21.90 kg of binder (using paving bitumen), rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying liquid seal coat , applying evenly binder @9.80 kg per 10sqm binding (using paving bitumen) with 6.3mm size stone chippings @ 0.09 cum per 10 sqm and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

PART-II(E/MWORKS) Taking down carefully copper/aluminum existing point wiring (light/fan/socket or power points) complete incl wooden battens/casing capping or conduit etc (without disturbing existing fittings point wiring etc) and all connected fittings such as switch, socket, ceiling rose, lamp holder, brackets ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings and fan regulator etc and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall floor etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm FRLSH (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked in and including heavy duty, PVC casing caping including all accessories etc ISI marked, with GI sunken/surface boxes with earth dolly and 3mm laminated cover sheet suitable for fixing switches, sockets and regulators including PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for one light point point complete all as specified and directed.
