Dismantling of False Ceiling, replacement of External Partitions with Brick Wall, C o Internal Partition Wall and Painting work in the existing Customer Service Centre in the Admin. Building, Trichy

Supplying and filling in plinth with M Sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a). 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 M sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

a). Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 M sand)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

a). Hot finished welded type tubes.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.

a). 80x0.90 mm M.S. laths with 0.90 mm thick top cover.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS : 15622 , of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

a). Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i)Single socketed pipes.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

a). 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

a). 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

a). With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

a). Two coats.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

a). Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Dismantling 15 to 40 mm dia G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipes (within 50 metres lead) as per direction of Engineerin-Charge.

a). Internal Work- Exposed on wall

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

a). Of area 3 sq. metres and below

b). Of area beyond 3 sq. metres

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling aluminium partitions (ANG/ partiton boards) in partions including doors, windows and fixed glazing incuding disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling aluminium false ceiling (with perforated false ceiling boards of 12mm thick) in partions including doors, windows and fixed glazing incuding disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Rolling Sutters including top cover & springs, etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead as directed by the Engoneer-in-Charge.

Removal of damaged wash basins with or without pedestals and towel rails from postion including disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceble materials as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of E.W.C. Pan of all sizes including stacking of serviceble materials as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of Bevelled Edge / framed mirrors from position including disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceble materials as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC floor trap of approved design as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a). 100mm inlet and 75mm outlet(Single Way)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall

a). 20 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

b). 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

i: For Fixed Portion. a). Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding for porch of surface area approximately 30 Sqm of area as per approved drawings provided by the department.The ACP sheets shall be in approved shades made out of 3mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 2mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick) with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. complete. The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be fixed using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, etc. The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples, cleaning etc. Note: Base frame work for ACP cladding is to be provided with tubular steel work and with available aluminium sections and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places. The cost for the frame work of the MS tubular section inclusive (aluminium tubular sections will be supplied by BSNL ).

Shifting the dismantled Aluminium partition materials, False Ceiling materials from the CSC to the Staff Quarters in P&T Colonym Mannarpuram, Trichy incuding loading, unloading, transportation and all other incidental charges, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-on-Charge.

Removal of blockage in the manholes and sewer line including disposal of the waste materials and all other incidental charges, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-on-Charge.
