WORK OF PATROLLING AND ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF 220 KV NEHTAUR-AMROHA LINE UNDER ETD DHAMPUR.

Patrolling & annual maintenance of 220 KV Nehtaur-Amroha line under ETD Dhampur.

Regular Tower to Tower ground patrolling and Tower top patrolling wherever required of approximate 34 Kms. long 220 KV Nehtaur-Amroha line, detection of defects like missing/theft tower members, hot point, puncture insulator disc, dislocation of vibration dampers/damaged conductor/earthwire, checking of foundation & position of tree in the corridor of 35 meter of the line. Patrolling shall be done on tri-monthly basis i.e. 04 times in a year.

Submission of patrolling report on prescribed computerized performa in 5 nos. after each patrolling duly binded along with one soft copy.

Lopping, chopping of trees in the 35 Meters corridor of line and stacking of above cuttings at proper place far from the line

Fabrication & fixing of tower members including cartage of steel angles from S/S store, punching holes for proper placement tightening of Nuts & bolts punching & chamfering at different tower location of above Transmissin lines.

Tack welding of new nuts & bolts.

Replacement of damaged/puncture insulators string at different tower location including cartage of material from store to work site of the above line. All the manpower & T&P shall be provided by tenderers for completion of work. (A) For Suspension String

Tightening/fixing of missing/displaced vibration dampers/arcing horn.

Clearing of nest from the tension tower insulator formed by birds.

Emergency patrolling of 220 KV Nehtaur-Amroha line during tripping to detect the exact fault location & type of fault.

Thermal scanning of 220 KV Nehtaur-Amroha line.

Strengthening/Replacement of damaged jumpers at tension towers.

Repairing of damaged ACSR Zebra conductor by jointing with one number repair sleeve including lowering down of conductor and restringing of the same with the all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Attending breakdown of broken ACSR Zebra conductor by jointing it with mid span joint/dead end compression joint including lowering down of conductor and compressing of repair sleeve/mid span/dead end compression joints and restringing of the same up to 01 Km. to complete the job satisfactorily.
