Material and Labour for comprehensive systematic maintenance and annual inspection service of passenger lift of capacity 8 persons (G+3) (installed at ATC building) by the trained and qualified employee of M/S Thyssen Krupp Elevators India (OEM) to provide routine maintenance, examination, lubrication service according to recommended schedule of meintenance /service by the Thyssen Krupp Elevator for once in a month during working hours (i.e. Monday to Saturday 0900 hours to 1700 hours) except scheduled holidays by furnish the necessary lubricants and cleaning materials including the replacement of hydraulic fuild and machine gear oil of suitable grade in required quantity etc in addition to attend for annual government inspection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The Thyssen Krupp Elevator will replace/repair spares/componants free of cost related to the normal wear and tear such as printed cirrcuit boards and sub componants inclusive of belts, roller, bearings, solenoids, coils, break shoes,linors, contactors,contacts, relays, push buttons,indicators, controller chockes,magnets and magnetic switches, door operator motor, door operator,VVVF drive, car door safety drive, limit switch, governor, interlocks on hoist way door,main rope OSG,OSG rope,traveling cable , COP accessories, auto rescue device, car top accessories, limit switch etc replacing/top up of lubricating and other minor electrical/electronic or mechanical parts as required at the time of inspection cum maintenance and for smooth functioning of Lift all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

ditto all as per item No1 above but capacity of 10 passenger (G+5) installed at SRE buliding of Make Johnson.

Note:- The Johnson Elevator will replace/repair spares/components free of cost related to the normal wear and tear such as printed cirrcuit boards and sub componants inclusive of belts, roller, bearings, solenoids, coils, break shoes,linors, contactors,contacts, relays, push buttons,indicators, controller chockes,magnets and magnetic switches, door operator motor, door operator, VVVF drive, car door safety drive, limit switch, governor, interlocks on hoist way door, main rope, OSG, OSG rope, traveling cable, COP accessories, auto rescue device, car top accessories, limit switch etc replacing/top up of lubricating and other minor electrical/electronic or mechanical parts as required at the time of inspection cum maintenance and for smooth functioning of Lift all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking out existing track roller and S&F new track roller for 8 passenger lift. Make - Thyssenkrupp

Taking out existing door lock and S&F newdoor lock for 8 passenger lift. Make - Thyssenkrupp

Taking out existing door contact switch and S&F new door contact switch for 8 passenger lift. Make - Thyssenkrupp

Taking out existing ARD PCB switch and S&F new ARD PCB for 8 passenger lift. Make - Thyssenkrupp

Taking out existing ARD Software with latest version Software and S&F ARD Software with latest version Software for 8 passenger lift. Make - Thyssenkrupp

Reconditioning of lift i.e. necessary checking of all parts and replacing and lubrication of the lift at the intial stage of starting of AMC by making workable state complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out and S&Fof following items suitable for make Johnson 10 persons (680 Kgs) lift installed at SRE.

Notes for Ser item No 1&2

(a) The contractor shall be submit the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on stamp paper duly notarized with orginal Equipments Manufacturer (OEM) as applicable asper specification to the effect and maintanance shall be carried out under OEM overall supervision and direction/ instruction within 15 days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled under condition 54 of IAFW-2249.

(b) The contractor shall provide of high skilled mechanic/operator joint during currency of contract period, if required. The cost of the same shall be deem to be included above quated rate.

(c) In case new mechanic/operator joint during currency of contract period, the OEM or their accredited/authorised agencies shall be training to new mechanic.

(d) That for any break of terms and condition any condition of the MOU by contractor the OEM shall inform to GE.

(e) Contractor shall rectify the fault within 24 hours as per the direction of AGE E/M or his rep within design limit as specified in PS otherwise shall be recovery as specified in here-in-after.

(f) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation.

(g) The cost of transportation and other necessary equipments shall be arranged/brought by contractor in this effect.

(h) Bidders are advised to inspect site of work and condition of lift before quoting their rates in consultation with concern executive.Nothing extra shall be admissible at any belated stage.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 16220.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 82 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender
