Method of production should be traditional method of grinding rice, making rice paste, steam cooking, cooling, drying & pulverizing into suitable size of flakes. Maximum moisture level of dried ada shall not be more than 7% irrespective of the climatic change.30% of the flakes shall be of 2mm in size,30% 3mm size and the remaining 40% shall be of 5mm in size and the thickness of the flakes shall be 1.5mm to 2.5mm.The quality of rice ada should be uniform in each load. Ada shall possess good soakability and should withstand the processing techniques followed by dairy. Ada shall be free from dust and other foreign matters. Free from any off flavors. Shall be a fresh item. Each package shall have a batch code and nutritional fact details with manufacturing date and month, etc. Air tight bags shall be used for packing rice ada. Supply shall be within 15 days of manufacture from the factory. Each and every batch/lot will be subjected to quality verifications and any deviations found in any of the quality parameters will lead to forfeit of the security deposit amount.
