M & L repairs to unserviceable street/security lights fittings of LED, of any wattage and size by taking down from poles/buildings after disconnecting the electric connection, replace the unserviceable drive ,PVC connector etc, cleaninng, refixing the light fittings at its original position after rectifying the defects and connecting to street light feeder including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L repairs to unserviceable Post Top Lantern / CFL lamp fittings / Bulk Head fittings/Flood lights by taking down from poles/wall/roof after disconnecting the electric connection, replace the unserviceable parts refixing the light fittings at its original position after rectifying the defects and make it operational complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No.1&2: (i) Replacement of parts like drive will be measured and paid seperately as supply only (ii) The cost of labour and tools required for replacement of parts shall deemed to include in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep for laying /removing of cable/ erection of poles in Soft loose soil all as specified and directed by engr in charge

M&L sand cushioning in trenches using clean dry river sand/ locally available riddle sand for cable cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down will be measured and paid.

Supply and lay sub class "B" burnt bricks, as in cable protection, laid length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Returning and filling in of soil including spreading leveling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

M & L Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

Overhauling periodic servicing of DG sets on-site complete to engine and alternator, consisting of normal periodic repairs, whenever by checking of pulleys/belts, checking desired output values of alternator, and checking for any defects, allignment and rectification of the same for smooth operation. replacement of defective / worn out parts by new spares such as filters, gaskets , V belts, rubber hoses , worm drive clamps ,nuts & bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner complete for DG Set 500 KVA capacity in various locations. Note : - Spares will be measured and paid in relevant item.
