PART- B (Item Rate Basis)

Supply,stacking and spreading of graded crusher brocken hard stane aggregate fee from organic matter including stacking & spreading in yard/trenches as per the standard specification of size 40mm to 63 mm including all lead & lift, transportation, labour,loading ,unloading & T&P required for graveling work as per direction if Engineer incharge incl.dressing & leveling.

Earthwork in filling of excavated earth except back cotton Soil With watering, and Compaction of Spreaded earth in 15-30 cm layers , levelled and neatly dressed as Per requirement of site and direction of engineer in charge, work includes cost of earth with taxes, loading, unloading, transporation,labour, water and T&P etc. Complete with all lead and lift.

Supply of different varities of tree plants at site including loading/ unloading & transportation etc. digging of pits in ordinary soil of size 60cm x 60cm deep & refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume ofearth after reduction by 20% parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 8% flooding with water & dressing including removal of surplus earth (including cost of manure and maintenance of plants (only live plants after the expiry of six month/workperiod from the date of plantation are to be measured for payment).

Collection, transportation (all lead) & spreading (including hand ramming) of crusher dust including stacking as Per the std. specification, spreading in layers not exceeding 15cm (loose) including dressing etc complete For all lead and lift complete as per direction of engineer incharge.

Providing & fixing sign board as per approved drawing and specification made of M.S. sheet 1.6mm thick of size 1200x900mm stiffened by flat 20x3mm on both side all around the plate and duly framed with 32mm dia medium M.S. black pipe fixed on frame of 50mm dia medium pipe (Vertical post 3600mm, 3000mm above ground level with angle iron hold fast 35x35x5mm with horizontal member 1500mm to be jointed with flat 40x6mm and post embedded in cement concrete blocks M-15 grade of 450x450x750mm size below ground level as directed by Engineer Incharge. All MS will be stove enameled and both side lettering, figuring and border on sheet with ready mix synthetic enamelled paint of superior quality in required shade and colour etc. complete in all respect all support framed post and steel tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of enamel paint as per specifications and direction of Engineer incharge. Over all size 1500x1200mm.

P&F steel almirah shutters for almirahs & wardropes in different sizes as per site requirement made with 20 Gauge CNC sheet & having three way locking devices with six brass lever double lock and godrej type handle 10mm dia locking rods, painted with three coats of superior quality danedar synthetic enmeled paint over approved quality primer coat etc. complete in all respect including fixing at site with help of suitable holdfast or nuts & bolts etc. (measurement shall made for front visible position / size of shutter including frames.

P&F four No. 10ltr. Capacity steel bucket & filling of bucket by sand & appropriate size of steel stand for fixing the steel bucket. The stand made by 65 x 65mm M.S. angles with two or more coats including primer coat of all buckets & stand including all material labour T&P and other required accessories. The size & shape of bucket & stand (Length of 2 No. vertical posts 1.50 mtr. length each, 2 No. horizontal member length 0.90 mtr. each and hold fast 2 No. 0.15 Mtr each including E/W & dully grouted in CC 1 : 2 : 4 (2 x 30 x 30 x 45 CM) as per direction of Engineer in charge including painting with primer & postman red colour paint and letter writting "FIRE".

Supply of steel office table having top of 19 mm thick particle size 5x2 having frame size 25x25 mm square hollow MS pipe thickness 1.6 mm frame size 4'10' x1'10"x2'6" (750mm height) duly welded, grinding and fine finished, fitted with two numbers MS box each having three drawer, openable opposite sides with locking arrangement and handle as per fitting arrangment duly coated with steel primer (two or more coats) and painted with powder coating paint.

Supply of Chair having frame of 19mm round pipe of (16 gauge) and having seat and back of 18 gauge perforated sheet of size 16x16 and 16x8 (semicircular) respectively and duly painting with powder coated paint. (size of chairs LxBxH=20'x18'x33)

Supply, stacking, spreading & hand ramming of quarry rubbish in layer not exceeding 15 cm (loose) incl. all lead & lift, transportation, loading, unloading with water & hand ranning with labour incl. T&P, machinery, water etc.complete in all respect finishing in lying,level and camber as per direction of Engineer in charges.
