Excavation in soil in Hilly area by mechinical means in all kinds of soil such as a pick work , jumper work , blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling / wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and other intermediate classification of soil including cutting and trimming of site slopes and disposal unserviceable material by mechnical transport and stacking the serviceable/ useful material on the road berms as per technical specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2 ormuttams shall be left at suitable place as directed by Engineer- in - Charge and shall be removed only after attaining the formation level and after final checking of Engineer-in- Charge. The work shall be executed in workman like manner and aboid any damaged to the private / Govt. property in the vicinity of work site , if any damage occurs to any property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor , which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The recovery for useful stone 497.52cum @ 300 per cubic metre to Rs:- 149256/- shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in drain and channels etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work , pick jumper blasting work , blasting work in soil and hard rock conglomerate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing watering/dewatering including dressing of sides and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto any leads and lifts disposted earth to be leveled and neatly dressed including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Foundation, footing basis of columns etc. and mass concrete .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm (fourty millimetre) nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundations and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 100mm (one hundred millimetre) diameter poly Vinyl chloride pipe in Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete and retaining /breast walls etc. extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drainage face complete as per drawings and technical specifications including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying & fixing of glazing Openable Door made out of multi multi chambered uPVC sections with TPV gasket having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanised Iron profiles throughout the window. The outer frame having overall size of 60 x55 mm (sixty into fifty five millimetre) with reinforcement of 1 mm (one millimetre) thickness, sash with overall size of 102 x 60 mm (one hundred two into sixty millimetre) with reinforcement of 1.5 mm (one point five millimetre) thickness.
