od15743/2021_2022/IA : Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 135 HP Slip ring induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board, pipes , NRV , Wheel valves etc complete for a period of 12 months including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter and slip ring unit, replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , dismantling and refitting , cutting , welding suction and delivery pipes , reconditioning NRV and Wheel valve , if any removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump and starter ( excluding motor rewinding , supply and renewal of pipes ) and maintain the motor pump sets , pipes , starter , valves electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed

90.14.24.28 : Supply & fixing the following Power Capacitors 3 phase delta connected in positon and giving connection.30 KVAr, 3 phase, 440 V, delta connected, standard duty Metalised Poly Propylene Capacitor, Box Type, suitable for direct connection to motors.

od15755/2021_2022/IA : Supply and installation of dust and vermin proof wall mounting , sintex makemeter box of size 1000X690X215 mm GSMB 10069 ( IP65 ) or equivalent suitable for fixing KSEB meter,fuse units,CT etc hinged door construction for the front sidewith compartments if necessary,providing vision panel for the meter compartment knock out for cable entry and exit IP65 with neutral CT as required including fixing it on transformer plinth making good the damages etc. as required.

Correcting the alignment and trial run on full load.(Including material,convayance and labour)
