Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of capacity 6.51 MLD at Hagaribommanahalli town of Vijayanagara District along with 5 years Operation and Maintenance (including 1-year Defect liability period) under Swachh Bharat Mission (U)-2.0 fund through Design, Built, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) model. Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as UGD project /STP project/water supply project/Irrigation Projects /combined water supply & sewerage project/combined water supply or Sewerage project with Road/combined water supply or Sewerage project with Layout works/combined water supply or Sewerage project with Building works of value not less than Rs 789.00Lakh

Executed in any one year of the last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26) the following minimum quantities of works:(1)Earthwork excavation in all kinds of strata / embankment / Sub grade by mechanical / manual means-6665 cum(2)PCC/RCC concrete-1952cum (3) Reinforcement Steel-147 MT

The tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license and should have executed similar electrical works totaling to Rs. 242 Lakh in any one year

The tenderer or his identified subcontractor should possess experience in Construction of SBR/FAL/HAAF/CAMUS/NEBR/ETP/equivalent Type STP/WTP with minimum of 3.26 MLD Capacity in last five years in single work

Availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 521.00 Lakh (credit lines /letter of credit/Certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., (equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period) in the form of unconditional credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled Banks as per the prescribed format.

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Individual- Rs 3153.00 Lakh Joint Venture- Lead Member- Not less than Rs.1608.03 Lakh
