Removal of old wiring: Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlets boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switch socket,ceilling roses, lamp holders, brackets,ceilling fittings,regulators, related wiring,etc. and carrying to scrap area.

25 sq mm armoured cable: Supply and laying in underground trences or on wall of 1100V grade heavy duty armoured XLPE insulated stranded 4 core, Aluminium cable of size 25 sq. mm. served with an inner sheathing of pvc tape of Nicco / Gloster / Havells / Polycap or substantially equivalent make.

Double door DB: Supply and fixing and connecting complete of Siemens / Legrand / Havells / Indo Asian or substantially equivalent make sheet metal enclosure double door DB suitable for fixing of one TPN MCB incoming and 12 single pole outgoing with suitable rated busbar or copper lead.

MCB enclosure DP 2 way: Supply and fixing of Siemens / Legrand / Havells / Indo Asian or substantially equivalent make sheet metal enclosure DB suitable for fixing of one DP/2way MCB along with earth connection point.

MCB enclosure DP 4 way: Supply and fixing of Siemens / Legrand / Havells / Indo Asian or substantially equivalent make sheet metal enclosure DB suitable for fixing of one DP MCB as incomer and 4 single way outgoing along with earth connection point.

40A SP MCB/Isolator: Supply and fixing and connecting completed of Siemens / Legrand / Havells / Indo Asian or substantially equivalent make SP MCB / Isolator, upto 40A, 230V.

40A DP MCB: Supply and fixing and connecting completed of Siemens / Legrand / Havells / Indo Asian or substantially equivalent make DP MCB / Isolator, upto 40A, 230V.

63A Four Pole MCB:Supply and fixing and connecting completed of Siemens / Legrand / Havells / Indo Asian or substantially equivalent make Four Pole MCB / Isolator, upto 63A, 415V.

2.5 sqmm Cu sub main: Supply and fixing of FR type Finolex / Havells / Polycap or substantially equivalent make 2 x (2.5 sq mm single core multistrand PVC insulated copper wire) alongwith same make 1 x (2.5 sq mm single core multistrand copper earth wire) alongwith pvc casing caping for sub main.

4.0 sqmm Cu sub main: Supply and fixing of FR type Finolex / Havells / Polycap or substantially equivalent make 2 x (4.0 sq mm single core multistrand PVC insulated copper wire) alongwith same make 1 x (4.0 sq mm single core multistrand copper earth wire) alongwith conduite or casing caping for sub main.

Ceilling fan regulator: Supply and fixing and connecting completed of Anchor / SSK / Standard / Havells / Pritam or substantially equivalent make 230VAC, 120W electronic ceiling fan step regulator semi modular/ modular flush type single phase.

M & L for point wiring of one light point or one plug point or one fan point controlled by one switch with Finolex / Havells / HPL / Polycab or substantially equivalent make pvc insulated multistrand copper conductor of 1.5 sqmm in pvc casing caping with same make insulated 1 sq mm copper earth wire.

Removal of cable,etc.: Labour only for dismantling and removal of existing embedded cables, pipes,tubes,etc. upto 20mm dia including taking out from site.

Same board point wiring: M & L for point wiring of one 3 pin plug point 5 amps on the same board with other switches with 1.5 sqmm FR type Finolex / Havells / Polycap make PVC insulated mutistrand copper wire alongwith same make 1 sq mm copper earth wire.

Excavation of soil: Labour only for excavation of earth in dense soil and returning filling in spreading, levelling, watering.

P.C.C. Work: M & L for plain cement concrete with type-B 1:1.5:3 mix(using 20mm grade stone aggregate) for foundation of pole base or making good of concrete floor or other P.C.C. work.

G.I. pipe earthing: M & L for earthing complete with medium class G.I. pipe electrode 40 MM dia. 2.5 meters length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 meters below ground level connected earthing lead by using 25x4 mm galvanised iron strip upto the test point and making of pit as shown in plate-2.

S/Fixing earth continuity conductor of size 2mm dia copper earth wire /4 mm dia G.I. wire to wall or buried in ground or any other indicated situation wire.

Cutting opening: M & L for cutting opening, through brick wall for concealing of switch board,etc. built in cemnt morter.

Forming jambs: M & L for forming jambs,etc. to opening, including cuttng,toothing and properly bonding into old work also facing, ointing an dpointing to mathch existing work. With cement morter.

Cutting chase: M & L for cutting chases in hard floor / wall of size not exceeding 20 cm girth for laying of cable/conduit pipe and finally thesurface should be finished by sand,cement mixture.

40 mm GI pipe: Supply and fixing of G.I. pipe medium gauge 40 mm dia for cable protection.

Supply,fixing and connecting complete of one 15A flush type modular type fuse to be fixed on cover plate with other switches and socket.

6A piano switch: Supply and fixing and connecting completed of Anchor / SSK / Standard / Havells / Pritam or substantially equivalent make semi modular/ modular type 6 Amps piano switch flush type, single pole one way.

6A socket outlet: Supply and fixing and connecting completed of Anchor/SSK/Standard/Havells/Pritam or substantially equivalent make semi modular/ modular type 6 Amps socket outlet flush type, 3/5 pin single phase.

16A piano switch: Supply and fixing and connecting completed of Anchor / SSK / Standard / Havells / Pritam or substantially equivalent make semi modular/ modular type 16 Amps piano switch flush type, single pole one way.

16A socket outlet: Supply and fixing and connecting completed of Anchor / SSK / Standard / Havells / Pritam or substantially equivalent make semi modular / modular type 16 Amps socket outlet flush type, 3/5 pin single phase.

4module GI box with cover: Supply and fixing of GI sheet metal box suitable for fixing 4 module(switch, socket or fuse) along with moduler top cover.

8 module GI box with cover: Supply and fixing of GI sheet metal box suitable for fixing 8 module(switch, socket or fuse) along with moduler top cover.

12 module GI box with cover: Supply and fixing of GI sheet metal box suitable for fixing 12 module(switch, socket or fuse) along with moduler top cover.

S & F of Siemens / Legrand / Havells / Indo Asian or substatially equivalent make 2 pole starter suitable for 2TR capacity AC machine along with ON/OFF push, O/L and siutable size enclosure.

M / Labour for cable end terminal joints any type complete suitable for pvc insulated 4 core armoured aluminium conductor cable upto 25 sq. mm size.

S & F of Philips / Bajaj / Havells / Surya or substantially equivalent make LED recess mounting luminaire, system wattage 36W/34W, housing MS powder coated,SMD LED with polycarbonate / acrylic opal diffuser for glare free, colour temp. 6000K, inbuilt electronic driver,PF>/=0.9, THD</=15%,, ceilling mounting including dismantling of old fittings.

Exhaust fan: Supply & fixing of exhaust fan complete including cutting of holes to wall and finishing of surfaces make Bajaj / Crompton / Khaitan or substantially equivalent make single phase,230VAC,900 rpm.450 mm sweep, with louvre to be mounted on wall.
