Housekeeping Service for New Corporate Office Building Ujjwal Maharani Bagh Dehradun, for the year 2025-26.

Sweeping & Cleaning of all floors of New HQ building, roads with in the campus Of New HQ building and compounds, offices, such as all office room, corridors, stair case, gallery all toilets, including brooming washing the floor, as and when required and also including Manual moping/Mechanical moping of all floors and terrace with wet cloths daily, corridor twice a day, cleaning toilet thrice a day and also cleaning window glasses & all other glasses by glass daily including cost of all labour material i.e. Phenyl, Naphthalene balls, Colin, Odonil, mosquito repellent, Toilet Soap,Toilet papaer,Tissue Paper, Room Freshner,Bathroom DustBin, Small for all floor with garbage bag, DustBin Big with garbage bag(seperated for dry &wet ) for loby or Canteen area, Bucket, Acid (cleaning chemical), bleaching powder,white lime ,Wiper, broom, drycleaning of towels (toilet & rooms) Trolley etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge & cleaning of chocked sanitary lines W.C. seats & drain including labour and material T&P etc.Work includes all labour, material T& P etc. required for proper completion of work. Frequency of sweeping daily by 09 nos of sweepers and cleaning of drains twice a week . (One Job means daily sweeping of the above area and daily cleaning of drains, for one month ).(NSI)

Engaging and operation of 01 Tractor along with one driver and one helper with 3 beldar for loading ,trolly having hydrallic jack arrangement , incliding cost of fuel, lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removel of slip/landslide/excavation in dry and wet condition,complete in all respect as per direction of I/C, payment for engaging excavator cum loader shall be made only for actual working hrs at site no idle charge shall be paid. if machine is trapped in slip/earth contractor shall makes its own arrangement to haul the machinefor which no extra payment shall be made to contractor and Tractor shall be borne by contractor ,cost including the average running of 20km per day.).(NSI)

Cleaning of Septic tank including disposal of waste material outside the Nigam Area as per direction of the Engineer in charge including cost of all labour ,T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(NSI)
