Supply, Installation & Commissioning of LED Digital Hoardings and Maintenance for 3years from the date of successful installation at various places of Davangere City

Bidder should be a manufacturer & have manufactured and supplied at least 3 Nos of similar LED Display Hoardings of similar size and features in at least one of the last three years i.e.2023-24 to 2025-26 to any Central/State Govt Organization/ULB and the digital board shall be in operating condition at the time of bidding. The facility should be in satisfactory operation for 12 months as on date of tender opening. AND Similar type of work done or performance certificate issued by competent authority of value not less than 47.50 lakh in at least one of the last three years i.e. 2023-24 to 2025-26.Copies of relevant work order with Indent number and work done certificate(s) issued from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer to be submitted along with bid in support of quantity & value supplied in the relevant year

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount Rs.21.10 lakhs (Un-conditional Letter of credit from scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. Credit lines/ letter of credit/ Banker certificates issued by scheduled banks.

Bidder must upload a valid BIS certification for the LED Display &Controller must be uploaded and NABCBaccredited ISO 9001:2015 Certificate.

The bidder should have Class I Electrical Inspectorate License

The LED module must be CPRI tested, and the CPRI test report in the name of Manufacturer should be uploaded.

The bidder / OEM should not have been debarred/blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central & State Govt. undertakings/ GeM Portal or any major Enterprise / Organization in India for non-satisfactory performance, corrupt & fraudulent business practices, not meeting critical conditions/security clearance etc., during the past. Declaration to be submitted on Rs 100.00 stamp paper.
