1	Disconnecting and taking down unservicable dozing plant of any capacity from existing connection and shifting to workshop or at site for repair and after repair connect all electrical connection / pipe connections should be connected properly, reassembling, reshifting & reinstallation at site including testing complate all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts which are required to be replsced duringrepair shall be measured and paid seperately in after as supply rates only, however fixing element shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item. (ii) Contractor shall ensure water pipe lines sealed by blocking with dead flange for the repair period if required.	2	Each Job	-	-
2Supply only foloowing spare parts to be replaced as repair to dozing system under item No 01 here in below:-
2.01	Complete gear pump motor 230 V, having 10kg pressure with stirrer.	2	Each	-	-
2.02	PVC tank of 100 ltr capacity suitable for existing dozing system	2	Each	-	-
2.03	Suction line strainer tubing of suitable length	2	Each	-	-
2.04	Injection valve / line NRV suitable for existing dozing system	2	Each	-	-
2.05	Rotor assembly	2	Each	-	-
3	Attending complaints for servicing / cleaning at site of chemical dozing system installed at various water supply installations and disconnect the dozing system from existing water supply system and dismantling all pasrts of dozing at site for servicing /cleaning of all parts and also change the defective minor parts if required. Note:- (i) Contractor shall be responsible to provide all T&P, chemical / solution required for cleaning and servicing of dozing system without any cost. (ii) Contractor will ensure to remove all deposit scales in pipe lines / tanks and in all operational parts of existing dozing plant. (iii) Complaints attended successfully in one pump house in one day shall deemed to be one complaint. (iv) If dozing system is found to be unserviceable at site than it will be the responsibility of the contractor to make it functional under item 1 & 2 of Sch as soon as possible.	15	Each Job	-	-
4	Taking down centrifugal pumping set alonwith base frame including disconnection of inlet suction and discharge pipe line, pump coupling for Centrigugal Pump Set of any capacity for repair the PCC foundation and after repair the PCC foundation the centrifugal pumping set alonwith base frame reinstall on fondation with proper alignment with motor and reconnection of inlet suction and discharge pipe line, pump coupling of Centrigugal Pump Set duly alignment and testing on full discharge complete all as specified and directed.	4	Each Job	-	-
