Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles for cracked wall of compound wall and similar work complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. (serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall be cleaned and used)

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of manholes, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, bed plates, bed blocks for hold fasts, apex stones and and around MS post above GL and wall of trough and the like with plain fair faces including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, (External surfaces) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment on walls including cornices by broming down with steel brush, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and grease spots and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of new surfaces of walls and apply two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, using PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm garaded aggregate) 25mm thick (measured solid), set and jointed in cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prepartation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing & straining and fixed to any type of standard rail incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire staple or steel pins complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing any size any type and weight not more than 3.0 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, embedded in PCC including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in PCC / natural ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes in hard/dense soil each n. exc. 0.5 cum getting out , returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm, watering & removing surplus soil to a distance N.exc 50 m and making good surface .

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide & n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil,complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in with excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, machine pressed with gray cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Sub floor, sub base and paving etc cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made (ISI Marked) chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laquer finish laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

M&L preparation of new concerte surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of suitable primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20m graded stone aggregates as in kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.
