Material and labour for Precast cement concrete solid block masonry using soild PCC block grade C4, exceeding 10 cm in width and built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as per specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth,without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces, ceiling etc finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal wall and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old treated surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic distemper complete all as specified upto 4th storeys height all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces on wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling/ soffits of chajja & canopy by wahing, rubbing down or steel wire brushing or scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and effloroscent salts and applying one coat of white wash upto 4th storey height, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for applying oil based bitumen primer conforming to IS 3384-1986 at 0.20 kg/Sqm on prepared surface and applying of one coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.20 kg / sqm and applying roof treatment with APP modified waterproofing membrane weighing not less than 3kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650N/Sqm cm, tearing strength of 180N(Minimum), applied by torch-on application including minimum 10 cm over lap and 15 cm end lap and applying of one coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.20 kg / sqm over the membrane and then applying solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint for thermal insulation @ 0.10 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) All necessary safety measures shall be ensured by the contractor during execution of work at site and quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same.

Supply and fix powder coated, aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated Aluminium frame and partition wall with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc. all as specified and directed. (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of rubber beading, glazing clips. Glass pane shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix 12mm thick frameless door shutter using first quality Toughened in squares exceeding 0.5sqm in each pane fixing on foundation with aluminium supports on top and bottom, including rubber neoprene packing/glazing with oil putty etc complete all as specifed and as directed. Note: Aluminium frame shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fix 12mm thick Good quality Toughened glass in squares exceeding 0.5sqm in each pane fixing on foundation with aluminium supports on top and bottom , glazing with oil putty etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel handle of 300mm size back to back pull type fixed on glass panel of Hettich 2110 or equivalent complete all as specified and as diected.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium 'U' bracket for door/partitions including locking arrangements and other fittings/fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.
