SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-345 CHQ COOK HOUSE AT SRC RAMGARH CANTT

Taking down complete existing roof /parapet treatment any thickness including plastering, leaping plaster of any thickness cutting & up rooting tree roots/Vegitable growth & removing the all loose particle from roof & all debris from the premises upto 500m from the MOD land including cleaning/washing down and keeping surfaces clean complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (PCC) (1:2:4) ,type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding, benching, sunken portion etc., on roof surface for correcting/ required/making proper slope on roof, etc.,and finished the surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over non accessible/non approachable RCC roof slab /chajjah/canopy /parapet wall( horizontal /vertical surface) to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer/authorized applicator of the manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :-(a) Cleaning existing naked roof surface properly with wire brush. (b) Applying for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete / brick surfaces mixed with polymer based liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 Kg per Bag of cement ,finished, even and smooth without using extra cement over roof / sunken slab /wall complete (c) Applying approved bituminous based primer(conforming to IS: 3384-1995) @ 0.50 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (d) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 150 Kg / Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 Kg /Sq.cm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (e) APP modified polymeric membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (f) Applying two coat of bituminious based Aluminium Paint @ 0.3 Kg /Sqm over APP Membrane.

S&F rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of capacity 1000 ltrs (Cylindrical/vertical with closed type), triple layer construction, ISI marked, hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm bore GI nipple and 20 mm bore ball/ float valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 gms) including taking down of existing tank complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 20mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 15mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 20 mm bore or removal to store complete etc and making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for GI water tubing medium grade, ISI marked, galvanised, 20 mm bore with all fittings, (such as tee, elbow, socket, union & short pieces) fixed to walls /laid in trenches and ceiling or laid in floors including cutting chasees for brick walls and making good the surface in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 15 mm bore or removal to store complete etc and making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for GI water tubing medium grade, ISI marked, galvanised, 15 mm bore with all fittings, (such as tee, elbow, socket, union & short pieces) fixed to walls /laid in trenches and ceiling or laid in floors including cutting chasees for brick walls and making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.
