Supply of Slim type Edge lit LED Guidance Sign Board of various sizes made out of anodized 3 mm corrosive resistant aluminium extrusion frame (thickness of signboard should be less than 45 mm) and Facia should not be more than 50 mm at all sides of the display. The extrusions frame should be interlocked/bolted with each other creating a sealed unit and 2 mm thick aluminium back cover, 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free front face, the letter & symbol should be made by of vinyl and pasted on 4mm thick polycarbonate sheet at the inner side of the sign face with required colouring, 4mm acrylic LGP sheet, suitable arrangement shall be made for water tightness & locking arrangement, including supporting frangible legs & frame etc., signboard shall be uniformly internally illuminated with LED strip mounted on the top of LGP sheet to achieve illumination level and can operate on series circuit without flickering, complete as required and as specified in ICAO Annex. 14 Vol. I (legends as approved by Engineer-In-Charge). Sign boards shall be uniformly internally illuminated with IP 67 grade. LEDs operated on input sources of 2.5Amps to 6.6Amps constant current its supporting frangible legs, base frame etc., complete as per latest ICAO/FAA requirment specification. Note: The rate quoted shall be inclusive of required isolation transformer as per sign board. The supply of 100% spare for LED and drives are to be done and should be considered along with the quote.

Installation, testing and commissioning of operational guidance /mandatory signages of various sizes at various location at operational area of Airport. The signages should be installed in 1:2:4 grade cement concrete of 400X400X500mm (for legs) and a total base of 150mm thick which extends all around the board with the distance of 2000mm (front, back and both sides). The concrete base and leg foundation should be on the same level and 20-25mm above the ground level etc., complete as required as per the Annexure 14.

Supply , Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Slim type Edge Lit Guidance Sign boards for bay signage and bay coordinates not more than 35mm deep having various sizes made of reinforced 2mm thick anodized aluminium profile with suitable angle support with 1.5 mm aluminium back cover. Signage sheet shall be 2mm thick, long life imported non-specular surface polycarbonate and the letters and symbols mde out from 3M film pasted from inside with required coloring for mandatory / information guidance sign. Suitable circuit and mechanism shall be made to function on 230 V, AC supply. Suitable arrangement shall be made for IP 67 water proof protection. Sign boards shall be uniformally internally illuminated with IP 67 grade LEDs and 4 mm thick light guide panels to achieve required even illumination level, operated on input sources of 230V supply & its supporting frangible legs, base frame etc. complete as per latest ICAO/FAA requirement specification. Note: The supply of 100% spare for LED and drives are to be done and should be considered along with the quote.
