FHTC testing from laboratories

Upgradation and Management of a network based automated consolidated digital information system in both Android and Desktop versions to monitor the real time progress of the sample collection and FHTC testing against target as per geographical administrative boundary on WebGIS platform based on critical locational analysis for 11 WQ testing laboratories in district of Nadia, with an option for data validation, cross-checking and rectification to minimize human error and integrated dynamic analytical data visualization interface to use as a decision support system tool for PHED Govt. of West Bengal as directed by the EIC

Overall coordination, supervision and data management to deliver better quality work through minimizing the error up to the satisfactory level and also identification of gaps in the accumulated field data by using online monitoring mechanism. Incorporation of user-friendly system generated reporting mechanism to track the progress of FHTC data collection & identified gap analysis report as per the direction of Engineer in Charge, PHE Department, Govt. of West Bengal.

Technical skill enhancement (facilitators and laboratory personnel) for effective operation and maintenance of the web and mobile application through virtual training and handholding support through various communication media for all 11 laboratories in the District of Nadia. • Training on new development and Refresher Training (2 nos. per laboratory)= 11 X 2 = 22 Nos.
