Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, de-watering and/or removal of slush and incidentals, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs (Three meters) clear from the edge of excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter)layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto any depth/heights, up to all floor level and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage materials of within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced concrete work Grade M-25(Twenty five) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20 N/mm2 (twenty newton) per square millimeter with cement contents not less than 320 Kg (three hundred twenty) Killogramme per cubic meter and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers cantilevers and the like shelves and work tops etcetera in all upto all floor level complete as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Tor steel of SAIL/ TISCO/ JINDAL/ KAMDHENU/ SHYAM STEEL reinforcement for thermo mechanically coated bars of grade Fe500D for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals for its completion up to all floor level complete as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dry Stone pitching 22.05 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero decimal Six Zero milimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet TATA / Shakti / Jindel in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 10 (Ten) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimetres) diametres with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals and further as per specification approved architectural drawing, design and specification as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing M.S BP sheet 1.66 mm to 2 mm (one point sixty six mili metre to two mili metre) thick in eaves board / facia / soffit / ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instructions of engineer in charge ( base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separtely) complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage .

Supplying and installation of 6-8mm fibre cement board with nominal size of 1200x2400 outer side of the strut and channel partition prepaired vertically total thicknss 56mm, jointing will be complele with screws and redimate U bond

Providing and fixing 1.5-2mm thick ACP sheet in wooden shade with providing 12mm wide grooved directions of Ingineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of linner sheet as per direction of Ingineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of hydraulic lift up hinges for counter flap having 500kg capacity.
