M&L for premix bituminus macadem (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen grade VG-30, rolled and compacted to reqd gradient and camber using 8 to 12 ton capacity mechanical power roller complete with paving bitumin complete all as specified and directed

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying and spreading evenly a priming/ tack coat with bitumen cold emulsion @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix (using Paving Bituminous Grade VG-30) rolled and compacted to required camber, gradient and super elevation with 8 to 12 tonne capacity mechanical power roller, mixed in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of New/Old Road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line, zebra crossing, stop lines etc., road marking of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' white or golden yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter filler, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m width and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exc.250m but n.exc 500m and depositing complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Cement concrete in surface channels and drains in pcc 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed

M&L Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping including use waste of formwork etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggt)solid blocks masonry exc 10 cm in width and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Mild steel HCRS bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, retaining walls hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E 250) Quality A or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed

S&F Framed work (Fe-290 grade E-165) as in doors, grill or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of anti corrosive Epoxy paint over a coat of Epoxy primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Hardcore of gauge n exc., 63 mm using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in iayers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete ail as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type. D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hardstanding, laid in panels, finished the top surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) stone slab as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cilis, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust to match with marbie shade over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick granite stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered External surfaces for preparation of surface and applying two coats of weather proof Exterior Emulsion( Asian Apex Ultima Protek or Equilent) paint over a coat of Antifungal primer and exterior putty having FIVE years of performance warranty all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer instruction and as directed at site. Note: (i) The surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of materials (like putty, base coat/topcoat of exterior paint), labour & T&P wherever required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved before application of exterior emulsion of each Coat. (iii) The cost of Scaffolding and safety measures wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or Bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and n.exc 50mm deep complete all as specified and directed. Note foe all items of BOQ :- 1. Quoted rate includes ensuring proper slope of drain and parade ground with suitable gradient, and testing to be done after completion of work. 2. The quoted rates includes taking initial levels (every 5 m grid) before starting the work and final levels (every 5 m grid) after completion work. 3. The quoted rates include all the safety equipments to be used like glouses, safety belts, helmets, mask, safety goggles etc 4. Quoted rates includes making good if damage occurred during execution of work to the nearby structures. 5. Contractor should bring invoice for full quantity of Bitumen required for the work to the name of the contractor.
