Labour for boring through any type of soil for sinking tube well of required dia. with top enlargement by rig boring system (either by reserve circulation or by direct rotary method) including hire charges and labour for rig machine, tools and plants, staging, force pumping set and making arrangement for water required for boring etc. complete and lowering of pipes, strainers, blind pipes etc. complete. Supplying, fibre glass reinforced Epoxy resin slotted of 1 mm slot width in 6.1m length of approved make and as per direction of the Engineer - in Charge (b) 150 mm nominal dia (ii) 7.00 mm wall thickness

(A) Sypply of E.R.W.M.S.(Electrical Resistant Welded M.S.) black pipe of of TATA make (heavy quality) as per standard specification, 5 mm thick. (ii) 150 mm dia. (internal)

Labour for jointing and lowering G.I. or E.R.W. M.S. pipes including strainer within the tube well bore vertically with necessary sockets, special fittings and welding as required including cost of all jointing materials, hire charges of tools and plants, cutting pipes to required sizes, making threads, welding pieces together etc. as necessary as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (ii) Above100 mm dia. and upto 200 mm dia. Pipe

Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangements for testing the yield in gallons per hour with 'V' notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as require

Labour for making arrangement for showing verticality test including the cost for hire charges of tools and plants, scafolding, labour etc. all complete.

Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction.

Packing the annular space between the outside of the tube well pipes & strainers and the bore with pea size washed gravel of approved quality having size from 2 mm to 5 mm or the size approved by the Engineer-incharge including cost of all materials labour and equipment complete.

Providing 200 mm centre guide. i) With Clamp

Supplying, fitting and fixing special hand pump no. 6 of approved make (for 50 mm or 40 mm dia. tube well).

Supplying, fitting and fixing 65 mm dia. deep well brass cylinder with necessary fittings and accessories.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 15 mm dia. galv. M.S. connecting rod with sockets

Supply of G. I. pipes of TATA make including necessary sockets (d) 32 mm dia. (ii) Medium quality

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

125 mm. thick brick work with I st class bricks in cement mortar ( I :4) in ground floor.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation basement and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m Tor Steel/ Mild Steel

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] With I :4 cement mortar; (b) 10 mm thick plaster (for Platform, Silt Chamber)

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE: Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Digging earth in any soil including mixed soil but excluding moorum, laterite sand stone or any other hard stone including spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 metres as directed bailing out water upto 1 metre depth, shoring etc., when and if required and back filling with fine sand (including cost of sand) on completion of steining works. A) R.C.C. Ring Well i) 1.2 metre diameter of digging for 0.9 metre internal diameter of well ring. a) Upto 3 metre below G.L.

R.C.C. well ring made with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 with stone chips and 0.80% reinforcement (including the cost of shuttering and reinforcement) cast at site fitted and fixed in position after proper curing true to plumb in the well including jointing with cement mortar 1:2 complete as per direction. a) 65 mm thick and 0.9 metre internal dia.

Sinking Precast R.C. well ring made with cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone chips and necessary reinforcement fitted and fixed in position true to plumb including all labour and hire charges of tools and Plant complete as directed and jointing rings with cement mortar (1:2) (a) 90 cm dia (internal)

Supply of UPVC pipes (B Type) & fittings conforming to IS 13592-1992 A) (ii) Double Socketed 3 Meter Length b) 110 mm

Providing & fixing Concrete Sign Board as per IRC specification of size 900 x 750 x 37 mm. thick made with RCC 1:1½:3 with pakur variety stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC febric (75 x 75 mm. mesh) and fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm. x 150 mm. of height 2.65 m. of which top 750 mm. is of section 100 x 13 mm. and 1.90 metre above GL & 0.75 metre below GL including digging hole, repacking the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 with jhama khoa or with local stone chips etc. complete including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
