Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size of c.b.h.g chips of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete road including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers not exceeding 150mm thick over polythene sheet with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including curing with cost conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick wall surface after racking out the joint including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work or new work to give an even shade including scaffolding staging charges with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and dirction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with two coats of Weather coat paint of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 32 mm thick flush door shutter with approved quality of 30 mm thick BWR block board pasted with 1 mm thick sunmica on both sides of approved design and quality including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of dressed seasoned non-sal wood work framed and fixed (wrought & putup) in trusses, purlins, frames, rafters, doors, windows, ventilators and beams including cost, conveyance, taxes with all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

25mm thick Non-Sall wood frame & 19mm thick planked door shutters complete with iron fittings and wooden hinged cleats fixed in position including cost, carriage, taxes of all materials complete with all iron fittings and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint to wood/ iron work over a coat of primer including cost of the paint, primer, sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying ,Fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding Window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete wit frame ,shutters and all fittings and fixtures.

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design,colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018.

Providing hoisting,joists,tiebeam and trusses etc and placing in position of required size including cost, conveyance & royalities of all materials, labour with T&P required for the works etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing TATA BLUE SCOPE 0-45/0.50MM(TCT) thick GCI Sheets in roof including fixing of ridges,wind ties etc. complete in all respect including cost of all materials,labour,T&P required for the work and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
