SH-I: SUPPLY OF VRF / VRV UNITS - CARRIER MIDEA Supply of aircooled type VRF Condensing Unit with all accessories that gives 100% Capacity at 43 degrees (Refer note at bottom) Celsius Ambient Condition and should be able to function non-stop till 56 degree Celsius ambient conditions and consisting of all Inverter type Compressor (Minimum of 2 compressors per Unit for 14HP and above capacities), condenser, fans , microprocesser based inbuilt control unit etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Out Door Units: 24 HP

Insulation work

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Drain Hard PVC Pipes including bends, supports etc. complete as required. 25 mm

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of M.S Structure for installing outdoor units. MS STAND for the condenser stand - VRF ODU

Pressure testing & commissioning of the entire VRV system including charging of refrigerent gas.

Supply and Installation of Refnet joints complete as required as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

SH-III: Electrical works. Supply of approved make XLPE armoured cable of size 4 C x 25 sqmm with copper conductor 1.1 KV 650/1100 V grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 etc complete as required.

Supply of approved make XLPE armoured cable of size 4 C x 10 sqmm with copper conductor 1.1 KV 650/1100 V grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 etc complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Not more than 35 sq mm

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required. 100 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 63 A

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A, tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer) as required. Supplying and fixing TP 25 A rating, 415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. 4C X 25 sq. mm

SH-IV: Foundation & Civil Work Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
