Sch 'A' Part-I (BR Works) Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillers etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, in any type of soil and making good surfaces, complete all as all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, M-10 (Nominal Mix) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in posts & struts in fencing using angle, iron or other sections, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting and riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note:- Unit rate is also included locking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent portion as directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixed to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc as directed(fixed in repair), complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Each line wire to be measured separately.

S&F 3.10mm dia galvanised steel wire 100mm x 100mm mesh size chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 11mm to 15mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry brought up to course, with best quality locally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt stone etc, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted , built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of serial item No. 13 above but except stones, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old stone obtained against dismantling/ demolition shall be used.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan on exceeding 6m mean radius, using old size brick, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of serial item No. 15 above but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old bricks obtained against demolition shall be used.

M&L for PCC M-10 nominal mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in precast bond stones set in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling (Granite or trap stone) for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from a straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc exceeding 40mm and dressing to face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling un-courses or brought upto coarse complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulder filling hand packing (any thickness at the back of walls) etc and raising to the required level etc. complete all as specified and directed

Supply only PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore low denisity of pressure rating 10 Kg/ Sqcm, fixed in retaining wall as in weep holes, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones(fixing hold fasts), bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble stone masonry, un-courses or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete pillar of size 100mm x 100mm x 600mm for fixing RCC Jallies including all mouldings, of type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates, set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete coping of size 80mm x 40mm for fixing RCC Jallies including all mouldings, of type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates, set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding to steel gate hooks and other similar articles exc 2.5cm but n. exc 5cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded upto 9mm thick including cleaning and preparing the surfaces to be welded together and holding the members in true position while welding and bevelling the edges complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rain water, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (Stay), heavy, for large gate, hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, plain angle cleats square bar belded to angle frame and knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls, etc including wall tiles, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glazed earthen antique ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces (150 x 50)mm x 10mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm thick glazed ceramic digital stone tiles of size n. exc 0.18 Sqm as in vertical surfaces to wall cladding, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces or stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.
