Ferro cement plastering with cement mortar 1:2 ratio, 50 mm thick (25 mm thick plastering as base coat over the weld mesh and second coat of 25 mm thick on next day in 2 or more layers , total 50 mm thick) including additional thickness for demolished concreted area with out extra payment for slabs bottom of RCC pipe rack at all elevations and locations up to 6M level, with POBS make M-sand, and mixing the suitable admitxuers supplied by TCC and minimum of 7 days curing after plastering including all labour charges, hire for tools and plants, cost ofall materials, cost of consumables, all safety precautions including all safety measures like safety net, safety belt, helmet, goggles/face sheld, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost,approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day etc., complete (Required cement will be issued free of cost by TCC) work should be done as delailed below.

Do-do, cement plastering over fibre net with cement mortar1:4 for a minimum thickness of 20 mm thick in two layer for beam etc up to a height of 7m from ground level , excluding cost of supplying and fixing fibre net, including additional thickness for demolished concreted area with out extra payment including all safety measures like safety net,safety belt, helmet, goggles / face sheld, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost,approved by engineer

Surface preparation of the concrete surface by removing old paints and all other forgine materials over the concrete surface by scrapping or buffing with electriacly operated hand tools etc to remove all forgine matterials like paint, alge etc and prepare the concrete surface by hacking the concrete surface with chipping chisel , remove the rusts on steel bars by suitable metods washing the same throughly etc, to get good bond between old conctrete and new ferro cement plastering works including all labour charges, hire for tools,cost of consumables safety measures etcincluding all safety measures like safety net,safety belt, helmet, goggles / face sheld, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost,approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day etc..complete.

Setting up scaffolding minimum of 2.5M width using , M.S. pipes, scaffolding structure bamboo poles, wooden planks etc including providing protective safety net of nylon having sufficient stength to hold men and material , upto a height of 7.5 M from existing ground level, joining the pipe or poles using scaffolding clamps tying with coir etc., providing wooden planks for platform at horizontal position, clearing area after completing the work, including all labour charges, hire for tools, cost of consumables, all safety precautions etc.including all safety measures like safety net,safety belt, helmet, goggles / face sheld, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost,approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day etc.,

Fixing 2.5mm dia GI weld mesh 25 mm x 25 mm in position in line and level and plumb with sufficient overlap with out extra payment before ferro cement rough cut plastering etc, including cost of all consumables,tools,safety measures etcincluding all safety measures like safety net,safety belt, helmet, goggles / face sheld, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost,approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day etc. including cost of fixing the weld mesh in position eighter by tac welding or by screwing them to concrete etc.complete(Required qantity of G.I.weld mesh will be supplied by TCC)

Supplyig and Fxing fibre net 10mmx10mm in position in line and level and plumb with sufficient overlap with out extra payment before ferro cement rough cut plastering etc, including cost of all consumables,tools,safety measures etcincluding all safety measures like safety net,safety belt, helmet, goggles / face sheld, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost,approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day etc. including cost of fixing the fibre mesh in position to concrete etc.complete

Chipping and demolishing cement concrete, reinforced or plain of all grades, floors, slabs, vertical walls etc., upto a depth of 2m from existing ground level and upto a height of 8m from existing ground level and at all locations, chipping with chisel and hammer of permissible weight, cutting M.S. materials by hacksaw or gas cutting of permitted etc., including conveying debris to low lying areas pointed out and levelling inside the factory compound, all labour charges, hire for tools and plants, scaffolding charges, all safety precautions etc., complete

Fabricating, erecting, setting, bolting/welding in position for columns and beams embedded using, ISMB, sections etc., of all sizes at all locations and elevations upto 20M from ground level, including straightening, marking, cutting, drilling, holing, welding, bolting etc., all as per standard practices, scrapping thoroughly to remove rust, painting one coat of metal primer, including all labour charges, hire for tools, plants, welding sets, gas cutting equipments, derricks, tackles, all safety precautions to workers, materials, pipe lines, cables, all cost of consumables such as welding rods, cutting gas etc., complete. (M.S. structurals will be issued free of cost by TCC).

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 using 20mm and down grade approved quality hard blue granite broken stone for foundation footings, equipment foundations, plinth, beams, columns, tie beams, slabs, lintels, sunshades, drains, vertical walls, stairs, cover slabs, curved walls of all sizes and shapes, including all labour charges, hire for tools, plants and pumpsets, cost of consumables, all safety precautions etc., complete. (Required quantity of cement and steel will be issued free of cost)

Providing temporary support to trusses using fabricated column supports using old/new M.S. sections, supporting, bracing, removing after column re-building etc., all cost of fabrication assembly and disembly etc., all labour charges, hire for tools and plants, all safety precautions and all other incidentals etc., complete.

Reinforcement work with M.S/Tor steel rods, corrosion resistant steel rods of all dia for foundation footings, rafters, columns, beams, tie beams, lintels, slabs, stair cases, sunshades, equipment foundations, curved walls etc., of all sizes and shapes, excluding cost of all reinforcement rods (which will be issued free of cost by TCC), but including cost of 16g G.I. annealed binding wire, straightening, marking, bending, placing in position, tying with required binding wire, providing required number of cover blocks as per instructions and standard practices for work upto 20M above ground level, including all labour charges, hire for tools and plants, cost of consumables, all conveyance charges, all safety precautions etc., complete.

Formwork using plywood sheets, M.S. sheets, wooden plants, wooden/M.S. props, struts, bracings etc., for columns, beams, lintels, sunshades, slabs of all sizes, shapes and thickness at all locations and elevations upto 20m from existing ground level as per standard practices, dissembling the formwork and cleaning the area after the required period, including all labour charges, hire for formwork materials, cost of consumables, all safety precautions etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick at all elevations and locations, including racking and hacing the surface for proper grip, plastering, including all labour charges, scaffolding charges, cost of all consumables, curing charges, all safety precautions etc., complete. (Required cement will be issued free of cost by TCC)

Engaging following labourers for executing miscellaneous items of work at all locations and elevations, including all labour charges, ESI, PF, KCWWF contributions and all other benefits payable, hire for tools and plants, all safety precautions etc., complete. a) Skilled Worker (existing labour rate)

b) Man mazdoor (existing labour rate)
