Civil Work

Excavation for foundation upto 1.5 m depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff upto 50 Meter lead.(A)Loose or soft soil

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1-Cement:3-coarse sand:6-hand broken stone aggregates 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks having crushing strength not less than 35kg. /Sq. Cm. in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:5 .(1-Cement: 5 -fine sand)(B) Conventional

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on Rough (Similar)side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (ii)Cement mortar 1:4(1-cement:4-sand)

Applying two coats of putty & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to givean even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (twocoats)to givean required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete

Providing and fixing pre-cast Rubber Dye / steel Dye interlocking concrete block 60 mm thick with grade of concrete M300 pnumatic compressed /vibrated mechanically and as per approved design Confirming to IS15658 : 2006 including 35 mm Sand layer for levelling and filling the joint with sand inproper line and level as per guidlines of IRC : SP 63-2018 etc. Complete.

Providing and fixing pre-cast concrete kerb stone of gray cement based concrete block 30 cm length,30 cm height and 15 cm thick of M250 grade concret as per approved design and including excavation for fixing inproper line and level, filling the joint with C:M 1:3(1cement:3fine sand) etc complete.

Structural steel work (Confir ming to IS4923-1997)riveted , bolted or welded in built up for all type sections ,in framed work, including cutting ,hoisting,fixing inposition and applying apriming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the structural designs and directions of Engineer incharge.Column(122x61x3.6mm )

Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of prestressed Tensile Membrane Fabric structure in desired profile including fabric designing and seaming as per conceptual drawing . The fabric structure should be coloured (as per Architect's choice) PVDF varnish both side coating, weight not less than 550 G/SQM and minimum warranty should be 10 years of Ferrari make or equivalent approved by competent authority . This work shall include raw material, patterning, forming, cutting, welding, fixing and installation with GI cables, flashing ,hardware with stainless steel 304 grade ,mild steel stud patti,EPDM etc. including lifts upto all heights, tools and plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations.(Note: Actual plan area of roof to be measured for payment purpose) The work is to be executed as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Supporting steel structure payments should be paid seperatly.)

Providing and laying 16-18 mm thick polished granite stone machine cut in single piece (Max. available) in sill and jambs of door ,window,ventilation & lift wall cladding,staircase flooring landing, risers & treads, skirting laid over 10 mm thick cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry with matching pigment incl. rubbing and polishing,half rounding edge and incl. fixing of hilty fastener at every 1/3 span of sill as required size etc. complete colour and shed as approved by architect engineer in charge.

Electrical Work: Point wiring for Two Way Controlled Light Point with 2-1.5 sq.mm & earth wire of 1.5 sq.mm (green) both are of ISI marked 1.1 KV grade FRLS PVC insulated multi strand copper wires up to 10 mtr length, in following type of pipe to be erected concealed in / flushed on wall / ceiling complete with 6A Tissino Type ISI marked accessories with earth continuity erected on Metal/PVC//Wooden box covered with 3 mm thick PC(Polycarbonate) / Acrylic sheet. with necessary Lamp holder/ceiling rose / H.D.Connector as directed. (a) with medium class Rigid PVC pipe and accessories erected flushed on wall/ceiling complete
