Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as directed. Note : (i) Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and brick protection. (ii) The excavation work may be carried out in short lengths for locating fault in under ground cables at different locations

M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Removal of surplus excavated soils not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for old size sub class `B` bricks, kiln burnt, as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing / laying only old bricks of any description as obtained from dismantling of the cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying & jointing in replacement of UNSV GI water tubing, 80 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / ducts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(MAKE : TATA/JINDAL/TT SWASTIK)

Supplying, laying & jointing in replacement of UNSVGI water tubing, 50 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / ducts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(MAKE : TATA/JINDAL/TT SWASTIK)

Material & labour in replacement of PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate (4 stay). in mass concrete and filling complete for foundation/hard standing , all as specified & directed by Enge-in- Charge

Material & ,labour in replacement of UNSV Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Laying, testing and commissioning in replacement of UNSV XLPE insulated,IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100V grade cross section area of the under mentioned size of cables laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall / passed through pipe including making necessary connection, with busbar/MCCB/DB's & testing complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material & labourfor cutting chases in hard standing road/path/drain etc for passing cables/pipes etc. size of cutting 100mm wide and 200mm deep and removing the excavated materials and disposal at 50 metre distance and making good the cutting after the pipe and cables are laid with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out of old existing unserviceable insulators of any description and in any position from LT poles all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators, including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height and 65mm dia suitable for working pressure upto and including 1100 volts grade complete all as specified for LT lines fixed on poles.

Supply and fixing shackle type porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator for working pressure 1100V of 115mm dia and 100mm high including galvanized mild steel strip 31 x 3mm, insulator bolts 14mm dia washer and nut complete all as specified for LT lines fixed on poles.

Restringing of HT/LT/street light over head lines of existing over head line of ACSR conductor /GI wire after disconnecting from the insulators & jumpers to the required tension & sag & binding up & connecting to insulators & jumpers properly testing complete, including chopping off tree branches (coming in the way line) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for Item No 34 & 35 : (i) The contractor shall submit proposed drawing of the panel interlia mentioning make of switchgears to be incorporated alongwith name of panel manufacturer for approval of GE before manufacturing. Dismantling, taking down and removing the old existing un serviceable non-functional / broken hinges of any description and in any position of existing feeder pillar boxes/panel boards/feeder pillar boxes etc and supplying and fixing new cold rolled 50 mm long medium weight mild steel butt hinges in position with necessary spot welding etc including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Each hinge point shall be measured as one unit. )

Material, labour, testing and commissioning in replacement of UNSV indication lamp (LED type) with showing red, yellow and green in colour of 22.5 mm dia monitor on LT panel board suitable for 240 V AC supply all as specified and directed. Make : L&T /Binay.or equivalent approved.

Material, labour, testing and commissioning in replacement of UNSV of digital electronic volt meter 0-500 V range suitable for LT 415 Volts panel flush pattern square type 96mmX96mm with adopter complete with button all as specified and directed. Make : ENERCON/AE Note :- The rate quoted shall be deemed to including the following:- (i) Control wiring for auxiliary supply 230 Volts AC if required. (ii) Cutting the sheet of the panel to suit with existing panel if required. (iii) Calibration and testing the meter.
